Hosted by Francesca Valarezo & Lulu Soni
Nestled in the heart of Peru's Sacred Valley, this seven-day retreat is an invitation to slow down and experience one of the world's most extraordinary landscapes with presence and curiosity. Guided by Francesca Valarezo and Lulu Soni, you'll spend your days immersed in yoga, local culture, adventure, and meaningful connection, creating space to return home feeling grounded, inspired, and renewed.
Enjoy all-inclusive, nourishing meals prepared with fresh local ingredients and gather each day for an intentional practice. Throughout the week, we'll move through Vinyasa, Katonah Yoga®, Yin, Restorative Yoga, breathwork, meditation, dance, conscious journaling, hiking, and unforgettable excursions, all thoughtfully curated to honor both the richness of Peru and the wisdom of your own body.
Whether you're craving adventure, deep rest, inspiration, or simply a chance to step away from the pace of everyday life, we invite you to experience Peru through practice, community, and genuine cultural immersion.
Where Nature, Comfort & Conscious Living Meet
Nestled in the heart of Peru's Sacred Valley, Munay Sonqo is an intimate eco-luxury retreat center surrounded by vibrant gardens, native plants, and breathtaking mountain views. Thoughtfully designed to blend seamlessly with the natural landscape, every space invites you to slow down, settle in, and reconnect with the rhythms of the Andes.
One of our favorite places to unwind is the garden, where vibrant flowers bloom year-round and the surrounding Andes invite moments of quiet reflection.
During your stay, you'll have access to Qhalilla Spa, the retreat center's serene wellness sanctuary. Treat yourself to massage, reflexology, Reiki, infrared sauna, traditional dry and wet saunas, hot pools, and salt cave therapy, all designed to complement your retreat experience. Inspired by both holistic and Andean wellness traditions, and using 100% natural products, the spa offers a beautiful opportunity to unwind, restore, and nourish yourself throughout the week.
