We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Segret Garden Cotopaxi. The food was very tasty. However, we found the lunch portions to be small, especially after a strenuous hike in the morning. When we asked for extra soup, it was refused. Additionally, I did not find all the staff very friendly. Some guides did not speak English, and I think that is really important when working there. Not every traveler speaks Spanish.

Great time. Wonderful staff, great accommodations. The Mindo tour was excellent as well.

Secret Garden is awesome. We had a great stay and all the staff were wonderful. The rooftop restaurant has one of the best views in Quito and good food and drinks as well. A big benefit is they run a travel agency as well so anything you want to do they can help organize it. Highly recommend Secret Garden if you stay in Quito :)

I had the best time ever at Secret Garden Cotapaxi!!!! The staff were so lovely and attentive, the food was delicious, hikes were well organised and the vibe was honestly unmatched. Plus the puppies were soooooo cute! I have two suggestions to improve the experience for everyone but honestly the best hostel I stayed at in all of South America; 1. A book exchange! A lovely place to chill out, and so a physical exchange library would be a wonderful addition. Also potentially a guestbook to detail all the amazing people who have travelled to stay in Cotapaxi. 2. Please revise the cleaning schedules for toilets and showers, the 30mins before breakfast and activities beginning in the morning is not the best time for half the showers and toilets to be closed for cleaning. Otherwise thank you so much! I’ll be back to summit Cotapaxi for sure

Der Trip war wunderbar! Unser Guide Ivan kannte sich bestens aus und hatviel erklärt. Die Yacht selbst ist sehr sauber gewesen und es war ein familiäres Gefühl an Board. Essen war immer sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Genau das richtige um in kurzer zeit viel zu sehen!
