On this day Guests can enjoy a day at the beach walking distance from the villa, or take advantage of our private pool. Guests may also choose to take advantage of our poolside spa day add-on package to make their day even more relaxing.  An evening wellness session will be offered by Timaj Garad  and the night will be capped off with dinner by the beach 

After morning yoga and breakfast, the group will head out on a scenic day tour to El Valle de Anton, a town situated in the valley of a dormant volcano. Here, we will visit a natural hot spring, followed by a hike and a visit to a local river and waterfall. Guests can do some souvenir shopping at El Valle's outdoor artisan and vegetable market, before heading back for dinner at Boga Bar and an evening wellness session.  

On this day the group will be driven to the area of Casco Viejo where they will have the chance to do a tour and roam the streets of Panama City before Meeting for a late lunch

 After breakfast, and a wellness session, guests can enjoy a relaxing day by the pool at our private villa, or walk to the beach, this is a down day. We will end this day with a pool party and a salsa lesson

Guest will be driven to explore a local river bank with waterfall where they will spend the day before heading back to the villa for dinner

 Breakfast and transportation will be provided to guests flying out of Tocumen International airport.
