Room rates
Prices are available based on single, double, triple, and quad. Prices are not guaranteed until booked and secured with a deposit.
The room rates are inclusive of: 10%VAT, 10% service charge, $9.63 UDS room rate levy per night.
Maximum room occupancies
4 guests per room. (King Rooms accommodate 3 persons only, with one rollaway bed. Quad occupancy in rooms with two double beds only, no extra bedding allowed as it is a fire hazard)
Additional $30 per rollaway beds if needed.
Meal plan categories
Breakfast - breakfast only at $20 per person, per day inclusive of taxes and gratuities.
Half-board (MAP) - breakfast and dinner only at $98 per person, per day inclusive of taxes and gratuities.
Full-Board (FAP) - breakfast, lunch and dinner only at $123 per person, per day inclusive of taxes and gratuities.
All Inclusive Plan (AIP) - Package at $150 per person, per day subject to 17.5% VAT and 15% Administration Charge to include; breakfast, lunch and dinner along with a house brands bar service from 11:00AM – 11:00PM daily.
Standard Drink Only Package at $65 per person, per day subject to 17.5% VAT and 15% Administration Charge from 11AM – 11PM to include alcoholic drinks only.
There are no credits for the unused meals.
Family policy & children (VIC) program
Children 18 years old and under STAY FREE when they occupy the same room as their parents or grandparents.
Children 0 – 5 years old EAT FREE.
Children 6 – 12 years old, 50% off all other meals with accompanying adults eating a regular meal at selected restaurants.
Booking Instructions
**Please, read carefully.**
For adults reserving rooms with children (18 years old and under), please select Single/Double room options only. Once selected, enter the names of the children rooming with you in the questionnaire. Only select Triple and Quad rooms if there are three or four adults rooming together. Meal plan options and additional add-ons selected in the questionnaire do not tally automatically through the booking engine, and will need to be added to your booking. Once we receive your reservation and deposit, we will manually modify your price to reflect your add-on selections. Thereafter, you will receive a followup payment confirmation reflecting your new total. We encourage you to reserve as soon as possible due to the high demand, and limited availability of this momentous event!
Payment & Cancellations
Final payments are due in full June 24th, 2023
Cancellations requested within 90 days of departure will incur penalties, and forfeit all monies paid. Therefore, it is in the client’s best interest to consider purchasing travel insurance to ensure a cash refund of all monies paid.
