'A sea view and a private beach in Bude'
This all inclusive retreat will run from 1pm Friday to 1pm Sunday from our exclusive 16 bedroom sea view lodge, with private access to sandy beaches.
Early spring excitement, Cornish seas, quiet coves, tidal pools, anicent waterfalls, home made meals and sunset dining included.
Suitable for all those who can swim 200m continuously

Itinerary
We meet at our accommodation for 1pm with homemade chocolate cake and a hot drink. We'll then head down to Bude's spectacular sea pool for a swim clinic, come to this session armed with what you'd like to improve, such as new stroke, body position, breathing or efficiency.
Dinner with table wine will be followed by a sunset dip on the beach and re-warming around a fire on the beach, just as nature intended!
