Delightful Dorset awaits
We meet at our accommodation for 1pm with homemade cake and a hot drink, before heading down to Studland Bay nature reserve (for sea horses!) to complete a swim clinic, come to this session armed with what you'd like to improve, such as new stroke, body position, breathing or efficiency.

We'll also have a sea salt sauna on the seafront for warming and dipping, a great experience!

Dinner with table wine will be followed by a sunset dip in our secret location.

Wake me up buttercup
Early birds will be wowed by an outstanding sunrise dip with warm croissants.

Later a hearty breakfast will be followed by an inconic swim to either Old Harry Rocks or Durdle Door (based on conditions). A powerboat will whisk us back to shore in style before glorious homemade cake.

Warming soup and bread follows this outstanding swim.

An optional afternoon hike around the UK's only Super National Nature Reserve takes in Dorset mythology and amazing wildlife (this may involve a country pub).

A homemade dinner will be followed by our infamous Tame the Tides talk by Royal Lifesaving Society National Trainer Assessor Rich.

A spellbounding end
Wake up to a hearty breakfast before a drive out to Swanage's Old Pier, set off from a local's spot and take on the Three Piers Challenge, this TWSCo. favourite takes in an atmospheric old pier, a victorian pier and the town quay.

Oh, and more homemade cake, of course.

I had the loveliest 3 days at the sea swim retreat, beautiful spot, great swimming and very safe and super friendly, it felt like being in a little new family for a dew days. Fab food and company too. I was very impressed how Rich and Mel helped everyone of all different confidence levels have fun and feel safe and enjoy the experience. I will be back for more soon!!

This was my first cold water swimming adventure and as a novice I am so pleased I picked The Wild Swimming Co. Mel, Rich and Becky were fantastic and really looked after us. I was nervous about my ability and not keeping up with other swimmers but the way the course was structured meant I was able to do everything at my own pace without holding anyone up. Amazing food, fantastic people and a really wonderful thing to have done. I will be back, highly recommend this to anyone.

Amazing trip to Bude. Rich and Mel looked after us so well and struck a brilliant balance between fun and safety. The swims and schedules were planned perfectly to give us a range of experiences. I came back feeling like a kid again and with a renewed sense of adventure! (And I’ve already booked my next trip with Rich and Mel) Thank you.
