How to Bill Correctly

The price shown is intended for double occupancy meaning both guests would pay this amount. 

Select (Quantity 2) if you and your roommate want to be billed as one.

Select (Quantity 1) if you plan on adding a roommate later and want to be billed separately.

---- Any room that does not have (2) occupants on the booking the 60 days prior to the trip will be invoiced at the "current" SINGLE OCCUPANCY ROOM RATE (not what is listed on our brochures or website; any difference in price will be due by final payment. If you know you want to be in your own room, it is better to register as a solo traveler than to wait and do it later as pricing will increase the closer we get to our travel dates.

Need Help Finding A Roommate?

You may list yourself in the trip classifieds for a roommate once you've paid at least 50% of your booking in hopes of finding a roommate. Room Change and or room cancellation fees may apply in order to accommodate the merger. Pricing will be at prevailing rates. All parties will be notified and given an opportunity to accept or decline the opportunity. All changes must be made before the final payment date. 

Bedding Configuration

This resort offers a LIMITED amount of King or Double Bed rooms. We will share your bedding request (for king or double bed) with the resort but it is up to the resort to assign such room at the time of your arrival. We are not responsible for resorts that oversell their accommodations or cannot honor your bedding request, but will do our part to make sure your wishes are represented with your booking.

Single Occupant Reservations require that we confirm availability and prevailing rates based on the date you register.  If price is more than $50 than the above quoted price we will email you with an option to cancel your reservation within 24hrs of booking. If you do not reply we will adjust your reservation to the current rate, which will be due at final payment.
