      - A paper ticket will not be issued for this trip. When you arrive at the bus, please check in with the host/hostess. They will have your name on a roster.

      - Outlets will be available on the bus for you to plug in your electronic devices.

      - All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

      - No children discounts available.

      - No senior discounts available.

      - The New York City Bus Trip is a bundled package. It cannot be separated. Individuals event tickets and/or hotel rooms will not be sold. 

      -  This trip will require participants to be fully vaccinated.   Individuals who are unable to show proof of vaccination the morning of the trip departure will not be able to attend the trip and will not receive a refund. 

      How To Pay

      You have three ways to pay for your trip.


      1) Online: You can pay online by credit card or debit card.  Online payments will incur a 4% service charge. This is to account for Stripe service fees.


      2) Mail: Don't trust the internet or want to avoid service fees, you can mail your payment to:

      Make money orders/cashiers’ checks payable to The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club. Personal checks are not accepted.  

      Please include a letter with your payment noting the following information: Name of the Attendee(s), Contact phone number, Contact email address. Please call or email us when you are mailing a payment. We do not check our mailbox everyday. 


      3) In Person: You can drop off a payment at our office in Norfolk, Virginia with the Receptionist from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our office is located at 500 East Main Street, Norfolk, Virginia (BB&T building in downtown Norfolk). We are located on the 16th floor inside of the Gather co-working space. Your payment (money order/cashier’s check) must be in a seal envelope with the following information written on the front of the envelope: The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club #1667. Inside the envelope, please include a letter with your payment noting the following information: Name of the Attendee(s), Contact phone number, Contact email address, Contact mailing address. We will mail you a receipt. We do not accept cash or personal checks for payments made in person. Please call or email us when you are planning to drop off a payment.  


      We DO NOT accept payment by phone.  

      Booking Changes and Cancellation Policy

      All payments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another trip/tour. However, an existing reservation can be changed to another person. Please see the "Name Change Policy" section below.  


      If you opt into a payment plan, please pay accordingly to the schedule. If more than two consecutive payments are missed, your reservation(s) will be cancelled and any payment(s) made will be forfeited.   Always contact us if you are unable to meet payment deadlines.  


      Pricing is based on room occupancy (the number of people staying in a room together).  If your roommate cancel or removed from the trip due to missing more than two consecutive payments, a price adjustment will incur to cover the remaining hotel cost.  You are allowed to replace your roommate.  Please see the "Name Change Policy" below.


      No refunds are available once the trip/tour commences. In the event of a no-show by a paid attendee, no refund shall be given.


      We STRONGLY recommend you consider purchasing travel insurance.  We do not offer refunds. Purchasing travel insurance is a way to protect your travel investment dollars in the event the unexpected happens.


      If you need to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email (info@thepacktravelclub.com). Payments will not be refunded for cancellations. 


      However, if a trip is cancelled by the coordinator (The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club) due to lack of interest or unforeseen circumstances you will receive a full refund.  

      Name Change Policy

      A name change is the cancellation of one guest and the addition of a new guest on a booking. Applicable cancellation penalties will be assessed to the original guest (owner of the booking) plus a $50 administration fee to make a name change.  The new guest will be subject to pay any outstanding balance that was not paid for by the original guest. 


      The original guest must send written response via email to info@thepacktravelclub.com requesting a name change and provide the following information of the new guest

      1) Name

      2) Phone Number

      3) Email Address


      Only the original guest can request the name change.  The ownership of the reservation will be transferred once the original guest has provide the new guest information and have paid the $50 administration fee. 

      Travel Insurance

      Travel insurance is offered by a third party, Allianz Global Assistance, not The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club. Plans underwritten by BCS Insurance Company, Jefferson Insurance Company or Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and Affiliated Companies, depending on insured's state of residence and plan type. Plan(s) may not be available to residents of all states.

      Travelers insurance is not required in order to join a trip/tour. 

      Terms and Conditions

      Marable Enterprises DBA The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club hereby gives notice that The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club does not own or operate any motorcoaches, cruise lines, banquet or catering facilities, hotels or attractions and that all arrangements made for transportation, accommodations, cruises, sightseeing, attractions, meals, etc., are made by us solely as AGENTS upon the express condition that we shall be not liable for any injury, death, accident, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity which may occur either by reason of defect in any vehicle or through the acts of default of any person or company engaged in transporting the passengers or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. Any delay in arrival/departure time is not grounds for cancellation or refunds. The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club will not be responsible for the theft, loss, or damage of baggage and personal property.


      Photos taken may only be used to promote The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club experience in articles, videos, or other media in which The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club is described and referred to within the contents of the given medium of media communication. Photographs are not to be used as stock photography.

      COVID-19 Policy

      This trip will require participants to be fully vaccinated.   Individuals who are unable to show proof of vaccination the morning of the trip departure will not be able to participate in the tour and will not receive a refund. 


      Proof of Vaccination 

      Every guest must show a completed vaccination record authorized by the FDA or WHO against COVID-19 (dated at least 14 days before the trip departure date) prior to boarding the motorcoach. Proof of vaccination can be displayed on your smartphone. Proof of vaccination may also include a CDC Vaccination Card (or photo) or an official immunization record from outside of the United States. 


      The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club staff and venues will adhere to all state and local guidelines regarding COVID-19 and will continue to update our policy as necessary. By purchasing a ticket to our trips, tour, and events, you understand and  acknowledge that a risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.  In attending our trips, tours, and events, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and waive, release, and discharge The Pack Roadtrip Travel Club and all of their affiliates, employees, contractors, staff, and associates from any and all liability for any illness or injury due to COVID-19 exposure.

      Vaccination Policy

      Last updated and effective as of January 29, 2022. This vaccination policy is in effect for performances now through July 2022. For performances beyond that date, we anticipate a review of policies, which may include a relaxation of certain provisions, a modification or an extension of this policy as the science dictates.


      Guests who wish to enter any of the NYC theatres owned and/or operated by the Nederlander Organization, Inc. will be required to follow the vaccine policy herein.


      In addition to a valid ticket, to be permitted to enter the theatre:

      • Guests ages 5 and older must be Fully Vaccinated as defined below.
      • Guests ages 12 and older must be Fully Vaccinated (as defined below) AND present a government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport. (Guests 12-18 may use a government-issued ID or school ID, with or without a photo.).
      • Guests under 5 are not permitted in the theatre.
      • Masks are required for all guests, regardless of vaccination status.

      Vaccination Requirements

      ”Fully vaccinated” means on the day of the performance date as shown on the valid ticket, a guest has received (a) the second dose of an FDA or WHO approved two-dose COVID-19 vaccine or (b) the single dose of an FDA or WHO approved COVID-19 vaccine or (c), for international guests, two doses of any “mix and match” combination of an FDA or WHO approved COVID-19 vaccines 

      • Any guest whose last vaccine dose (excluding boosters) was fewer than 14 days before the date of performance must, in addition to meeting these requirements, also present proof of (a) a negative COVID-19 PCR test within 72 hours of the performance time, or (b) a negative COVID-19 antigen test within 6 hours of performance time.
      • Proof of vaccination must come directly from the healthcare provider that performed the vaccination. Guests may display proof on a smartphone or present a physical copy. New York State residents, or anyone who received a COVID-19 vaccine in New York State, may present proof through the use of the Excelsior Pass (for more details, visit: epass.ny.gov) or any other digital app.

      The only exceptions are for guests who need reasonable accommodations due to a medical exception or a sincerely held religious belief. In these cases, guests must provide proof of ONE of the following instead of evidence of vaccination:

      • negative COVID-19 PCR test performed by a medical provider within 72 hours of the performance start time. The test results must clearly show the date and time of the test. OR
      • negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken within 6 hours of the performance start time. The test results must show the date and time of the test. This test may be performed by a medical professional or by using an over-the-counter testing kit.

      Entry will be denied for guests who do not provide the documentation as required above.



      Mask Policy

      Masks are required for all guests, regardless of vaccination status. Masks must be worn at all times while visiting the Theatre except when eating or drinking in designated areas. All masks must completely cover the nose and mouth and comply with the CDC guidelines for acceptable face coverings.


      Contact Tracing

      Last updated and effective as of May 5, 2021.

      For the health and safety of our audience and employees, we ask that all ticket holders over the age of 18 download New York State’s contact tracing app COVID Alert NY, available for iOS or Google Play before entering the theatre.


      This app is run by the NYS Department of Health side by side with New York’s comprehensive COVID-19 contact tracing effort. Its goal is to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 amongst New Yorkers and those who visit New York State. Your identity is never revealed to anyone, however, you will be alerted if you have come into close contact with anyone who has COVID-19.


      If you're unable to show proof of vaccination, you will not be able to participate in the tour and will not receive a refund.

      The single room occupancy rate is $1,190 per person. Rate applies to one individual occupying a room.  The room will contain one (Queen or King) bed.   We have a limited quality of single bed rooms available. If the inventory sales out, you will be given a room with two Queen beds.   


      Please Note: If you are a couple that wants a room with one bed, you must pay the Double Room Occupancy Rate.  When you checkout, selection the option for one King bed.

      The double room occupancy rate is $925 per person (full price is $1,850 for two people occupying a room).  Rate applies to two individuals occupying a room.  The room will contain two Queen beds -or- one King or Queen Bed.

      Board your spacious, video, and restroom equipped motorcoach and set off to New Jersey and New York City. 


      After checking into our hotel in Jersey City, we depart to New York City and attend the New York City Wine and Food Festival event: Flavors of the Mediterranean hosted by Michael Symon


      This brand-new New York City Wine and Food event features a collection of New York City’s finest Mediterranean restaurants serving up incredible appetizers and bites that will transport you straight to the azure waves of the Mediterranean Sea. Come ready to take your tastebuds on a journey from the Iberian Peninsula to North Africa, the Adriatic and the Middle East with your host for the evening: Michael Symon, an award winning chef, cookbook author and television host. Join us at Brooklyn’s hottest new event space, Industry City, and bring an appetite for lush dips and spreads along with a wide variety of tantalizing hors d'oeuvres inspired by some of the best places to eat in the world.       Five stars! The attention to details was wonderful. Because it was the second year for the event, there are, of course, kinks to work out. In the future, maybe have more than two lines for wine tasting. Five should do it, if the vendors can handle the volume. Looking forward to next year!

      I enjoyed the bus trip and the driver made the ride very smoothly to our destination and Fun. However, the reason for my rating is the trip overall experience at the Rose event. It was not worth the amount of money to go to this event. I did not throughly enjoy myself nor was I able to look at the venue and art or enjoy the other events at the Rose event that took place. Most of my time was spent in line waiting to sample the Rose wine. When our group tried to sample wines outside we was directed back to the line. It took at least 1 hr 1/2 to 2hrs to sample some of the rose wines. I do not believe that they was prepared for the amount of people that arrive to the event. I did enjoy the different roses that was there from various wineries to taste. I have been a few that was there at the event. Some of the people that were pouring the wine were not fully knowledgeable on the price or some the questions i had regarding the samples. The food was not worth the money either. I wanted a hotdog was coleslaw only I was told I had to purchase it with the chili and coleslaw or have it plain. The hotdogs were made to order, so I was very perplexed as to why I'm paying 15 dollars for something I want that I can't get it the way I want it. I would have rather took a bus trip to some of the various wineries in charlottesville than to waste most of my time in line for wine tasting. I did like the music 🎶 the dj was great and the venue overall was beautiful but unfortunately I spent most of my time in line.

      I had a great time. Experiencing a historical luncheon spot Michie Tavern and the beautiful, peaceful surrounding on grounds of the Daze of Rose' event. Good wine, good people, good food = great day!

      I had a wonderful day. It was a very nice trip. The food at Michie Tavern was good. The staff was very attentive and served us quickly. There was no wait if you wanted something. I was happy to be able to get vegetarian/pescatarian options as well . I am sorry the lines were so long at The Daze of Rose. I was not able to actually taste the wines this year. I only tasted a couple that were outside the venue at the tent area. I hope they organize it a bit better next year . I really like when we can go from booth to booth and can take our own time to taste the wines.
