About your trip

The goal: to remind women that they are inherently worthy, unbroken, and loved, despite the stories they tell themselves.

Women are really good at being really hard on themselves. But those feelings don't come from nowhere, so let's spend a weekend together exploring those feelings and reshaping the stories we tell ourselves... This is an investment in YOU. This isn't your typical retreat - this is The Unbroken Women's retreat.

What you can expect from your weekend:

You can expect a weekend intentionally shaped around the Mothered theme — a deep, compassionate exploration of how the ways you were mothered, or not mothered, continue to influence your emotional reflexes, your internal dialogue, and the patterns you’ve learned to call “just who I am.” This retreat isn’t about surface-level coping; it’s about understanding the psychological and developmental roots that still shape your present-day experience.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll move through a clinically structured sequence of learning, reflection, and integration. You’ll examine the attachment frameworks that informed your earliest sense of safety, consider how inconsistent nurturing shaped your beliefs about worth and belonging, and begin the work of rewriting the inherited narratives that have traveled with you for far too long.

And because meaningful work requires a regulated nervous system, you can also expect fully catered meals prepared by a private chefrestorative yoga, and thoughtfully designed relaxation opportunities woven into the rhythm of the weekend. Your body, mind, and breath will be supported so that your emotional work can unfold with clarity rather than urgency.

You can expect a space that is steady, warm, and gently disarming — a place where you don’t need to perform competence or minimize your history. Instead, you’ll be invited to explore the subtler, often unspoken longings and wounds that stem from how you were mothered, with enough structure to feel held and enough spaciousness to feel like yourself.

We promise there will be meaningful work, plenty of laughter, room for a few healing tears, delicious food, and even better emotional connection with women who understand what it means to carry complex stories. So, sit down, take a breath, and come on.

Extra Perk!

Enhance your retreat experience with a rejuvenating 1-hour yoga session led by the gifted Violet Browning. Designed to restore balance in both body and mind, this intimate practice will guide you through gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and deep, grounding relaxation. Whether you're new to yoga or simply craving a space to reconnect with yourself, Violet’s intuitive, steady presence creates an environment where tension eases, clarity returns, and inner peace becomes accessible again.
