The goal: to remind women that they are inherently worthy, unbroken, and loved, despite the stories they tell themselves.
Prepare yourself for the best mix of luxury and leisure with FIVE days away from all the "noise" of real-life! There will be group sessions aimed to help women break away from the negative stories they tell themselves and dive deep into defining the "soul" of a woman. All sessions will be hosted by licensed therapeutic providers throughout the weekend, plus fun activities like coffee date with retreat therapists, gourmet cooking classes provided by Chef Phil, private massages, and a dessert/pajama party (just like the old days of slumber parties with your bff's).
All meals are included and will be fully catered, with dietary restrictions and allergies taken into consideration. A complete menu will be uploaded prior to the retreat for those who like to see what they'll be eating; last year's selection included herb roasted chicken, grilled steak sandwiches, and brioche French toast, YUM. The beds are warm and comfy, the area is great for hiking (or relaxing with a book on the couch), and you'll be able to disconnect from the world for a little bit.
We promise there will be lots of laughter, probably some crying, a bunch of great food, and even better emotional connection with other, like-minded women. So, sit down, strap in, and come on!
The Unbroken Woman is a high-engagement, clinically informed retreat designed for women who are emotionally stable, self-aware, and ready to participate in deep, structured, and transformative work. This is not a recreational or observational experience; it is an immersive process that requires full participation, personal accountability, and psychological readiness.
Participants are required to disclose any changes in mental health, medication management, or personal stability that occur between the time of application and the retreat start date. Because group safety and integrity are paramount, any participant who provides misleading information or engages in unsafe, disruptive, or deceptive behavior may be dismissed from the retreat without refund.
Individuals with active self-harming behaviors, unmanaged medication needs, untreated psychosis, or recent psychiatric hospitalization will not be accepted. Participants are expected to maintain medication adherence, practice emotional regulation, and contribute authentically to the group process.
While there will be periods of rest, reflection, and lighthearted connection, participants should expect to engage fully in structured workshops, guided exercises, and small-group work throughout the weekend. This is not a passive or recreational experience: it’s an immersive, clinically informed environment designed for meaningful transformation.
The application process is intentionally thorough—it reflects the intensity and ethical standards of the retreat itself. If you find yourself reflecting as you complete it, you’re already engaging in the work this experience was built for.

Please note: participation in The Unbroken Woman does not constitute psychotherapy or replace individualized mental health treatment.
If, at any point during the retreat, a participant is determined to be in emotional or behavioral crisis, the facilitator will contact the participant’s mental health treatment provider, emergency contact, or local emergency services as clinically appropriate. The participant will then be asked to leave the retreat to ensure their safety and the safety of others. This determination is made at the sole discretion of the facilitator, based on clinical expertise and duty of care.
Single and double occupancy available.
All therapeutic sessions will be hosted by a State Licensed provider (social worker, counselor, etc.), equivalent to months of individual therapy.
Meals will be provided by a gourmet chef, with dietary allergies taken into consideration. Snacks will be available all weekend for those who need nutrition between meals!
For those who want (or need) a cup of morning joe - we've got you. There will be a fully stocked coffee and tea bar!
You don't need to bring a thing (other than a suitcase with your toothbrush) but you may want to bring your bathing suit for the hot tub!
It's a secret until it isn't! You'll have to see what it is at closing circle!
Travel to and from Broken Bow is the responsibility of the participant.
