This is more than a weekend away — it’s a return to you.
Our first evening together will begin at 6 pm with a grounding meditation to help everyone arrive fully and set intentions for the days ahead. From there, we’ll gather for a private welcome dinner at one of our favorite local spots in San Francisco—a cozy space where we can connect, share stories, and begin weaving the community that will carry us through the retreat.
Our morning breathwork will take us into profound inner work—an invitation to peel back layers of distraction and meet ourselves with honesty and compassion. This practice is designed to help you release what no longer serves you, clearing the weight of old stories and patterns, so you can step into the retreat with openness and space for what you truly want to create and manifest.
Attire : Comfortable, loose clothing
One of our retreat highlights will be a field trip at 12 pm to San Francisco’s iconic Ferry Building Farmer's Market, where culinary expert Amanda Haas will guide us through the foundations of anti-inflammatory nutrition. Following the tour, 1 Hotel will prepare a specially crafted anti-inflammatory meal for us to enjoy while Amanda answers questions and shares practical ways to bring this healing approach into daily life.
Attire: Anything you feel comfortable walking in
Our evening will close with a meditation journey at 8 pm supported by the soothing vibrations of sound healing. As the tones wash over the body and quiet the mind, we’ll be guided into a state of deep calm and clarity. From this place, we’ll set powerful intentions for our life after the retreat, allowing the energy of the practice to anchor and amplify what we most want to call into our lives.
Attire: Comfy and Cozy Clothing
On our final morning at 10 am, we’ll gather for a gentle meditation and closing circle—an intentional space to reflect on all that has unfolded. Together, we’ll honor the connections we’ve made, find gratitude for the growth and healing we’ve experienced, and celebrate the community we’ve built. We’ll close with hearts full and spirits renewed, carrying forward a refreshed perspective and a deeper sense of alignment to guide us long after the retreat ends.
Attire : Comfortable clothes that make you feel confident
