Begin with two days in Kuala Lumpur, exploring its vibrant street food scene, architectural landmarks, and rich heritage. Then, we head to Penang, where we’ll hike Penang Hill, trek through Penang National Park to Monkey Beach, explore the UNESCO-listed George Town, and visit the Floating Mosque.
Finally, unwind on the pristine beaches of Perhentian Islands, where turquoise waters, vibrant coral reefs, and breathtaking sunsets provide the perfect escape. This trip offers an unforgettable mix of culture, adventure, and relaxation.

Upon arrival in Kuala Lumpur, transfer to the hotel for check-in. In the
evening, embark on a delightful food tour. Home to a fusion of flavours,
Kuala Lumpur is a foodie’s delight and this evening tour introduces us to
the incredible array of street food Malaysia is famed for.
At 5 pm, we will meet our informative guide at the hotel and set-off on our
personalised four-hour discovery of Malaysian cuisine. Our first stop is
bustling Bukit Bintang Street, where we will head to Hutong Food Court to
sample Siew Bao (crispy barbecued roasted chicken buns) and chicken
curry puff, a pastry filled with savoury chicken.
From here, we take a short stroll to Jalan Alor, a lively street lined with
rows of hawker stalls and seafood restaurants.
On arrival at Mamak (a typical Malaysian eatery) at SK Corner, we try
paper dosa – a paper-thin type of pancake eaten with several Indian
sauces, such as curry and coconut chutney. We round out the evening
with a glass of teh tarik, a popular drink of milk tea.

After breakfast, depart for Putrajaya, Malaysia’s stunning administrative
capital, known for its modern architecture and lush landscapes. The highlight
of the visit is the Putra Mosque, often called the Pink Mosque for its striking
rose-tinted dome, set against the serene backdrop of Putrajaya Lake.
Return to Kuala Lumpur for a flexible city tour covering key highlights.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Penang. Upon
arrival at Penang International Airport, our driver takes us on a guided
tour of George Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
We start at the Pinang Peranakan Mansion, showcasing over a thousand
Peranakan antiques. A short walk leads to Little India, alive with colorful
sarees, aromatic spices, and vibrant sounds.
Next, we seek out George Town’s famous street art before visiting a
traditional clan house. After the tour, we check in at our hotel.

Our adventure begins with a scenic hike through Penang National Park,
where we immerse ourselves in the lush greenery and diverse wildlife of
this protected rainforest.
The 2.5-hour hike takes us along winding trails, offering glimpses of exotic
flora and fauna while we enjoy the fresh air and the sounds of nature
surrounding us.
After the hike, we embark on a 20-minute boat ride across the turquoise
waters to the pristine Monkey Beach. Here, we have the chance to swim,
relax on the soft sand, and sip on fresh coconut drinks, soaking in the
beauty of this tropical paradise before concluding our unforgettable
journey.
Next, we head to the Floating Mosque of Penang, also known as Masjid
Terapung Pulau Pinang. Built in 2007, this stunning mosque appears to
float on the water during high tide, offering breathtaking views of the
Malacca Strait.
Then, we go around Penang the Malaysian way for a short food tour. We
will start savouring a local Penang delicacies unique to Penang that
includes teh tarik (pulled tea), assam laksa, char koay teow (fried flat
noodle), tau sar pheah and ice chendol (local dessert). After finish the tour,
back to hotel for rest

Take an early morning flight to Kota Bharu, followed by a scenic drive to
Kuala Besut Jetty, where you'll board a ferry to the idyllic Perhentian
Islands. Upon arrival, check in to your beachfront resort and spend the
rest of the day at leisure—relaxing on white sandy beaches, swimming in
turquoise waters, or exploring the island at your own pace.
