Arriving & Settling In (Osaka)

We arrive in Osaka and ease into the journey with a group transfer, welcome dinner, and opening circle. The following day begins with morning yoga and a guided walking tour through Osaka Castle, Kuromon Market, and Dotonbori—inviting you to explore the city slowly, together, and fully present.

Nara & Forest Bathing

After morning yoga, we journey to Nara for a day of nature, ritual, and quiet awe. Locally guided Shinrin-yoku in sacred forest spaces, time among Nara’s roaming deer, and a visit to the Great Buddha invite deep grounding before returning to Osaka for rest and integration.

Integration, Transition & Bullet Travel

We begin with morning yoga and a spacious day in Osaka to wander, reflect, and enjoy a grounding foot massage before closing our time there with a circle and shared dinner. The next day, we travel by bullet train —an experience in itself—to Tokyo arriving with time for gentle exploration, rest, and an easy evening to settle into our next chapter of the journey.

Ritual, Rhythm & Taste of Tokyo

We start the day with morning yoga before stepping into the quiet ritual of a traditional Japanese tea ceremony. From there, we explore Tokyo on foot through Asakusa and Senso-ji Temple, pairing mindful walking with a unique food experience that invites you to savor the city with all your senses.

Strength, Ease & Closing Ritual

We begin with our final full yoga practice, followed by a memorable sumo cultural experience that offers a glimpse into Japan’s living traditions. The afternoon is intentionally spacious for relaxed wandering, cafés, and souvenirs, before coming together for a heartfelt farewell dinner and closing ceremony.

Departure

We share one final breakfast together before group transfers to Tokyo airport, carrying the rhythms, rituals, and memories of our time in Japan with us as we journey home.
