As the southern winter settles over the rugged cliffs of Muriwai, we invite you to step into the warmth.
The Winter Pause is a nourishing day of practice, presence and rest — held at Kula, a beautiful spa and wellness space in Muriwai, Auckland. Eight movements. One coherent journey inward.
The day moves from stillness to flow: beginning with silence, breath and meditation, opening into movement, gathering around a communal winter feast, deepening through teaching, and finally dissolving into heat, cold and rest.
Led by Kike Benet and Monica Cronin, this is a day designed to let the body remember what it already knows — that rest is not the opposite of aliveness. It is the source of it.
