There comes a moment when you realize you've spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you've lost touch with yourself.
Life looks full.
Your calendar is full.
Your responsibilities are endless.
But somewhere along the way, your own joy became an afterthought.
The Woman Within is an invitation to come back.
Back to your body.
Back to your intuition.
Back to laughter, curiosity, rest, and the version of yourself that has been patiently waiting beneath the noise.
Over three restorative days at beautiful Loon Lake, you'll step away from the constant demands of everyday life and into a space created for slowing down, breathing deeply, and reconnecting with what truly matters.
Together we'll move our bodies, quiet our minds, release what no longer serves us, and create room for what's next.
Through gentle movement, nervous system regulation, guided meditation, meaningful conversation, sound healing, nourishing meals, time in nature, and moments of both reflection and play, you'll begin remembering who you are—not because someone tells you, but because you've created the space to hear your own voice again.
This retreat isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about coming home to yourself.
You'll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to your body. More importantly, you'll leave with something that can't be packed into your suitcase:
A spark.
A renewed curiosity about your life.
Permission to want more.
The courage to trust yourself again.
And the quiet knowing that this next chapter doesn't have to look like the last.
Because the woman you've been searching for...
has been within you all along.
You won't leave with all the answers.
You'll leave with something even more powerful.
A spark.
A quiet remembering that there's more inside you than the roles you've been carrying.
More joy.
More laughter.
More adventure.
More softness.
More courage.
You'll reconnect with the woman who still dreams, still wonders, still wants to explore this beautiful life.
You'll remember that it's okay to want more.
More peace.
More purpose.
More connection.
More moments that make you feel truly alive.
You'll return home feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply connected to yourself—with a renewed curiosity about what's possible and the confidence to begin choosing the life you've been longing for.
Because this retreat isn't about escaping your life.
It's about returning to it as more of yourself. A RESTED version of yourself :)

Brandi Praytor | Brandi Praytor Coaching
Brandi is a certified Deep Transformational Coach and Reiki practitioner devoted to creating spaces for women to slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves. Through retreats, workshops, and one-on-one guidance, she helps them quiet the external noise, listen to their inner wisdom, and build lives that feel more aligned, intentional, and true to themselves.
Her work blends presence, nature, intuition, creativity, and self-trust—offering women a space to breathe, reconnect, and come home to themselves. She believes transformation can be both deep and playful, and that healing is often helped along by fresh air, honest conversations, moments of unexpected laughter, and the experience of being seen and supported by others.
Outside of her work, Brandi enjoys spending time with family, traveling, hiking, and stopping every five minutes to photograph trees, light beams, and other tiny beautiful things.

Rebecca Kukucka | Wildroot Stretch and Wellness
Rebecca works with busy, tight, and overwhelmed individuals who are tired of feeling stiff, sore, and disconnected from their bodies.
After years working in the hospital setting, she found herself dealing with relentless neck and shoulder tension that led to constant headaches. Discovering Fascia Stretch Therapy was a turning point. It didn’t just provide temporary relief—it fully resolved her headaches. Through that experience, she began to recognize a deeper pattern: people weren’t only physically tight; they were depleted, disconnected, and operating on empty. From this realization, the vision for WildRoot was born.
Her work blends Fascia Stretch Therapy, nervous system regulation, Reiki, and sound healing to offer something more restorative than a typical bodywork session. This work goes beyond flexibility, helping the body soften, unwind, and return to a more balanced state.
Inside the studio, clients are welcomed into a calm and intentional space where their bodies are supported, listened to, and gently guided back to ease.
Beyond the studio, Rebecca leads retreats and experiences designed to help women and men unplug, reconnect, and feel grounded, clear, and fully embodied once again.
She is also a mother of two boys and shares her home with two dogs and two goats. Building this business has become both a meaningful creative outlet and a profound healing journey—for herself and for the clients she serves.
Her mission is simple: to help people feel good in their bodies again.
