5-Day Virtual Retreat: June 4th - June 8th, 2020
Your 5-day virtual retreat experience will begin with a welcome gift sent to your home, including a few key elements to help jumpstart your experience. Each morning, you’ll awake to a digital care package with a daily meditation, playlist, recipes, and other goodies so you can customize your own retreat experience in the comfort of your own home. We will start each day together with a livestream vinyasa class and close with a pre-recorded restorative class, shared daily so you can dive into the practice over the course of the long weekend when it best fits your life. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with community via livestream opening and closing circles and classes.
