Join Caro and Stacey on this self-development-focused retreat.
We may not be aware of it, but we are always transitioning through cycles.
When we become aware of what we want to leave behind, and then open up to it, we catalyze the shifts that bring us across the threshold to living our lives more deliberately and creatively.
Group work is the opportunity to break through to a new vista, in the company of others.
You will be seen, heard, supported, and encouraged to discover a clearer and newfound sense of empowered momentum.
-Stacey Tompkins
This 5 day retreat starts with daily Breathwork, meditation, and Yoga. Followed by different daily group exercises led by Stacy on growing consciousness and self-development.
This will slowly prepare us to close with a beautiful private Ceremony on the 29th.
We have a late 3 pm checkout on the 30th, giving us plenty of time to have re-integration yoga, meditation, and closing circle before your departure.
We really look forward to hosting you and your developing self in this beautiful private Colombian eco-village.
Daily Meditation, Yoga, and Breathwork followed by deep self-work/ journaling; ending with a private closing ceremony to tie it all in nicely.
Stacey is a facilitator of meaningful, impactful, and sometimes intense group experiences. She works in a variety of ways, all of which include authenticity, honesty, vulnerability, and fierce love. She is most alive when the mystery of our world meets the tenderness of the human spirit. Dissociative states, or trance states, create powerful opportunities to explore the subconscious mind, and all of her work is in service of creating opportunities for these moments.
She has studied and worked with teachers from all over the world, and embodies an alchemy of modalities, such as BreathTrance, Groups and Retreats.
She has been referred to as a Holy Woman, Curandera, Medicine Woman, Healer and Elder.
Stacey loves working with people and holds in the highest esteem the ability to laugh and be playful with the dark and shadowy parts that keep us scrambling, anxious and/or avoidant. She loves to hold the flashlight and accompany you into your most suppressed wounds, and those pesky dark inner caves, in service of your healing and development and expanded consciousness.
“The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure that you seek” is her motto, and she is fearless and skilled when it comes to spelunking the psyche.
She holds an MA in Clinical Psychology and is Certified in Integral Coaching, Heart-Centered Breathwork, Psychodrama, and Kambo facilitation.
She has been married for almost 30 years, to the best angler/hockey player she’s ever known and has 2 daughters who keep her honest and bring the greatest source of love and gratitude to her life.
Her dogs, Roja and Pedrito are the second greatest sources of love.

Meet One of the Local Tribes
The Kogi are one of the oldest and most traditional surviving Indigenous tribes of
South America. They consider themselves the elder brothers, they maintain the role
of wisdom keepers and guardians of the earth. They hold the responsibility to care
of wisdom keepers and guardians of the earth. They hold the responsibility to care
Some Kogis have decided to share part of their wisdom with us. So, they
occasionally come down from their sacred villages high in the Sierra Nevada
mountains to offer ceremonies to help us understand the balance of nature and
the need to honor, respect, and protect our natural world. The ceremony is led by a Kogi Mamo (Shaman). It consists in a cleansing of our energy, body, mind & soul as well as a “pagamento” (payment to the land) in which we transfer our intangible thoughts into shells as a payment to receive the blessing of the great mother.
The Mamo shares with us that these acts and mentality of taking without paying
back into the earth creates unbalance so We will reach to tune in to the harmony of
nature and offer our gratitude for all much that Mother Earth gives us.
Live the adventure of visiting the natural park with the highest coastal mountain in the world, which is crowned with snow-capped peaks at 5,775 meters high. The Tayrona National Natural Park offers its visitors exuberant landscapes, sightings of tropical fauna and paradisiacal beaches surrounded by the emerald green of the mountains that make up the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
It begins with a 20-minute drive by car from the hotel to the main entrance of Tayrona Park called El Zaino, then begins a 2-hour ecological walk, visiting the beaches of Cañaveral, Arrecifes, (they are not suitable for bathing), Arenilla, the Natural Pool and finally Cabo San Juan del Guia, where you can enjoy bathing in the sea. Cabo San Juan del Guia beach is the most beautiful postcard of Tayrona.
This waterfall in the middle of the jungle with step-like pools climbing up some
100 meters, it's a beautiful place to reconnnect with the nature. After a nice
jungle walk of approx. 30 minutes you arrive at the Quebrada Valencia Falls,
where you can have a nice refreshing dip in the amazing pools and climb all the
way to the top if it has not rained. This beautiful waterfall is only a five minute
drive away from Gitana del Mar.
