This is a 100 hour advanced study program for 200 hour certified yoga teachers.
This is an in-depth look at the delicate navigation of using yoga, Ayurveda and human potential work as therapy. The program offers yoga teachers, health professionals, and licensed practitioners alike, a deeper understanding of the inner workings of disease, it’s stages, and the impact that it can have on both the patient as well as the caregiver.
Our curriculum has been sourced from decades of study and experience in the field of Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda, Somatics, human potential lineages and other subtle body healing approaches. It is a blend of traditional yoga, Ayurvedic philosophy, trauma-informed yoga knowledge, therapeutic physical and cognitive practices, and our personal extensive experience with instigating and sustaining deep healing on all levels - physical, emotional and cognitive.

The above practices and tools will provide our students with the necessary skills for teaching a therapeutic yoga class in a group setting, implementing a customized yoga protocol in a private setting, and/or offering viable therapeutic options and practices to clients within a professional health setting.
This training qualifies you, as a yoga teacher, for 100 hours towards your 500 hour advanced yoga teacher status with the Yoga Alliance.
Shared accommodation includes one of the following on a first come first serve basis (full balance paid) and depending on availability:

> Triple Shared accommodations with your own bed in a room with ensuite.
> Multi-shared accommodations with your own bed in a large teakwood screened-in structure with your own semi-private living space.

Our schedule supports cultivating a steady and sustainable daily practice that our students are able to integrate into their lives after the training; continuing the growth process towards swastha (optimal health on all levels). A typical day in training is as follows:
6-7am Breakfast
7am Pranayama (Kriyas), Meditation, Reflection
9am Yoga Asana practice
10:30am Ayurveda & Yoga Therapeutics & Practices
11:30am Lunch Break
12:45pm Human Potential Discussion
3:30pm Break
4pm Subtle Body & Functional Yoga Therapy Exploration
5:30pm Dinner Break
6:30pm Evening Activity and/or Discussion
