About this trip

Combining simple elegance with natural beauty, Irina (a licensed physical therapist) will guide you through two instructional exercise classes per day highlighting things like:


• Smart movement to preserve mobility and strength
• Deep core and pelvic floor exercises
• Balance and coordination
• Body mechanics and back health
• Breathing and stress management techniques
• Restorative and relaxation practices 


Irina will cover pertinent topics such as the most efficient way to exercise and longevity practices based on the latest science. Yes, you will relax, learn stuff and go home, equipped with your new props, to take your newly-acquired skills and apply them in your daily life.

Queen Casitas are one-bedroom self-contained "Casita" (little house). This Casita provides complete privacy as compared to Deluxe Suite and/or Studio Rooms which are adjoining rooms and thus can have some noise transfer. 


Casitas are outfitted with a Queen Bed (we can add a single bed or crib if necessary, but this makes it a little crowded). These rooms have an unobstructed ocean view. 


These rooms have a private bathroom on the same level and feature shutter doors to open for full ocean view or close for complete privacy. A small table and chairs are also available.

Deluxe Suite / Single Occupancy

Beds: 1 King + 1 Single or 3 Singles


The Deluxe Suites are spacious rooms with a king bed and trundle bed that can sleep two more. These rooms have unobstructed views of the ocean. 


Deluxe Suites are part of 4 Bedroom Casita - larger structure - consisting of two Deluxe Suites each with an adjoining Studio. Studios rent separately or can be joined with Deluxe Suite to form a Two-Bedroom Suite. 


Deluxe Suites have a private bath and share a large balcony with the other Deluxe Suite that serves as a large outdoor living room containing couch, chairs and table. The balcony has unobstructed ocean views as well.

Irina Retreats
Irina is skilled in orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy, women’s health rehabilitation (osteoporosis and bone health, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation,) rehabilitative breast cancer exercise programs, geriatric rehabilitation, visceral manipulation, balance and vestibular rehabilitation, and hypopressive fitness. She received her Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy at the Univ. of the Pacific, where she developed a lifelong interest in the scientific aspects of human movement and holistic modalities.
