 There are (2) payment options available:  

                             Option 1:   Pay Trip in FULL at the time of booking

                             Option 2:  Make Installment Payments

  If you choose to make installment payments, payments are due BY the 30th of each month listed, starting with the Initial Deposit Payment, which is due by Oct 20, 2018..

  This is a GROUP block, so it is imperative that all payments are made on time, as the hotel is expecting all funds by a certain date.  If you miss a scheduled payment, you will be sent a payment reminder..  If we do not receive the missed payment within 30 days, your room COULD be canceled due to non-payment and all monies paid to date will be forfeited.  

*Final payment is due by 5/30/19 or your room will be cancelled.

  It is each traveler's responsibility to communicate all information pertaining to this Getaway to/with their traveling companion.    

 Each traveler will receive an invoice showing the room balance and the per person balance.

 If a roommate cancels or backs out, it is the remaining party's responsibility to find a new roommate or pay the remaining balance due on the room.

By filling out the registration form and making the initial deposit and subsequent payments, that signifies that you have read and agree to the above terms and conditions.
