This tour focus on Nyanga part of the magnificent Eastern Highlands where the country borders Mozambique.

Eastern highlands 

This beautiful part of Zimbabwe includes three distinct mountain areas; Nyanga, Vumba, and Chimanimani. All are paradises with waterfalls, streams, rich vegetation and wild life, and each is subtly different. The Nyanga Mountains stretch 60 km north of Juliasdale. Zimbabwe’s highest location is here. Mount Nyangani with an altitude of 2592 metres. Picturesque Nyangombe Falls tumbling over the rocks into a pool are a popular family attraction. The spectacular Mtarazi Falls plunge 762 metres down the almost sheer Honde Escarpment into the tropical valley below and is the second highest waterfall in Africa. A zipline over the Mtarazi falls is a must do or enjoy the sky walk 90m above ground with a panoramic view of the falls. Other breathtaking sights include World’s View with Lake Connemara and the enormous densely wooded Pungwe Gorge.
