3 meals/day, with coffee/tea available AM and an afternoon snack (vegetarian, local, organic), starting with lunch upon arrival Thursday through lunch on Sunday (10 meals).
Classes/Instruction
Vinyasa, pose labs, philosophy, meditation, etc.
Use of sauna, hot tub
Gaze at the mountains and stars
Use of yoga props
Yoga straps, blocks and blankets are available (please bring your own mat)
