Extension Package Kyoto/Nara/Osaka: 3-night stay at the luxurious 4-star Celestine Gion hotel in the heart of Kyoto. The hotel is designed with Japanese traditions and the history of Kyoto and updated with a stylish, modern beauty. The hotel offers a comfortable private space where you can relax in the atmosphere of Kyoto. The Celestine Kyoto Gion was recently featured as one of the Best Boutique Hotels Worldwide.

PAYMENT DETAILS
- $500 non-refundable deposit per person for the primary package
- Additional $500 non-refundable deposit per person for the extension package
- Or pay in full. Once payment clears, participants will be reimbursed $150.
- Maximum two people per room
- October 1, 2023 (150 days before trip) - 25% of the total original balance is due (not including any non-refundable deposits).
- November 15, 2023 (105 days before trip ) - 50% of the total original balance is due (not including any non-refundable deposits).
- December 15, 2023 (75 days before trip) - 100% of the total original balance is due (not including any non-refundable deposits).
- *If a race is cancelled due to COVID, we will offer full refunds to all our trip guests, risk-free!
- Please note, this package does not include a race bib.
