Family Friendly: All our tours are family-friendly. Children, ages 6 or older, are welcome on any of our tours.
Payments Accepted: Credit, Debit & Check ARC payments are accepted here on our website. If you prefer to pay with an alternative payment, such as After pay, please call us at 606-686-3362 or private message us on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/tomblinstours
Double/ Triple/Quadruple Occupancy Bookings Tomblin’s Tours cannot guarantee when you book as a multi-occupancy room group, that you will receive A room with (2) queen beds at our hotel. Many hotels require (2) guest groups and at times, even (3) guest groups to share (1) king room or A king suite. We’ll do our best to accommodate any special needs required for you & your group but can’t guarantee your room will have (2) queen beds.
Vehicle Parking: We have permission for you to leave your vehicle parked at each of the boarding locations during our time away. You acknowledge that you are parking there at your OWN risk! Also, if you do not park in the designated areas at these locations you are subject to having your vehicle towed away. Please refer to the itinerary or ask us you're not sure of the correct location to park! Please note that neither Tomblin's Tours, Goldshield Tours, nor the associated businesses will be liable for any incidents or damages that may occur to your vehicle while it is parked in their parking lot during our absence.
Motorcoach Seating: Seats on our motor-coaches are in rows of two. If you are booking as a single guest or as part of an odd-numbered group, please keep in mind that you or someone from your group will be seated next to another odd-numbered group in order to fill up all the seats on the bus. This allows more guests to have the opportunity to travel with us. Additionally, please wait until your group is called by Frances, Joseph, or Lil sis before boarding the motor coach. You will be directed to your seats and given a moment to settle in before the next group is called to board. Therefore, there is no need to rush to the bus assuming that the first to arrive will board first. We put a lot of effort into planning the seating arrangements to ensure that everyone can sit with their group during their adventures with Tomblin's Tours.
Motorcoach Rules: Smoking, vaping, alcohol consumption, using foul language, and abusing others (physically, mentally, verbally, or emotionally) are strictly prohibited on our motor coaches at all times. Tomblin's Tours reserves the right to remove any guests who violate these rules from the motorcoach or tour. In such cases, the removed guests will be held responsible for any associated costs. Restroom and smoke breaks will be provided during transit on all our tours. Additionally, we kindly request that you refrain from using any products with a strong scent, such as lotions, hair products, or perfumes, as they can cause severe nausea, headaches, and vomiting for individuals who are sensitive or allergic to them. We want to ensure that everyone can fully enjoy their tour without any health issues
.
Luggage: Each passenger is permitted to bring one carry-on bag, which should be no larger than a small Vera Bradley tote, on board the motor coach. Additionally, one larger suitcase can be stored underneath the motor coach, and passengers will have access to it during most stops. As our tours are mainly "Red Eye or Overnight Stay tours," we have determined that this luggage allowance is sufficient for each individual.
Please Note: When it comes to transportation or travel options, it's important to remember that things don't always go as planned and travel times are just estimates. They can be affected by factors such as traffic, the speed at stops, and everyone's fatigue level due to travel. Tomblin's Tours cannot be held responsible if you arrive home earlier or later than the stated times. It's advisable to plan accordingly and be prepared for possible delays, so you won't be upset or disappointed if things take longer than expected. We have the right to modify the itinerary if required, and there may be changes in departure or arrival times without prior notice. We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, legal authorities, transportation issues, motorcoach issues or weather conditions beyond our control. Tomblin's Tours acts as a booking agent for hotels and attractions, but we cannot be held accountable for any issues with the services provided by these establishments. By purchasing a deposit or tour ticket, you agree to abide by all travel, cancellation, and refund policies.
Be Prepared: We never know what Mother Nature will bring us from moment to moment. Be prepared, just in case we are forced to stay overnight on a Red Eye or Day Tour, in the case of bad weather/ slick roads/ road closures/bus breakdowns/etc... Bring an extra change of clothing & extra money for your room fee (if needed). In the event of a delay with an unplanned overnight stay, YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE for your room, board, food & any other expenses that might occur. Tomblin’s Tours will not be responsible for any expenses that occurred.
Bus Kindness & Courtesy: My mama always said, "You'll always catch more flies with honey than you ever caught with Vinegar Fran!!" Everyone paid for their seat just like you did & they deserve to have a good time in a safe environment with their friends & family. Showing them Common Courtesy, Compassion, Kindness & LOVE goes a long way. In EVERY encounter with others, you either CHOOSE to make a Friend OR an Enemy... CHOOSE LOVE.
Right of Refusal for Services: Tomblin's Tours reserves the right to decline service to individuals who violate the policies stated here. Furthermore, any behavior that is considered unsafe towards fellow travelers, tour hosts, or motorcoach operators, whether it occurs on or off the motorcoach, will not be tolerated.
FYI… In order for a bus to proceed with its scheduled tour, it is necessary to have a minimum number of paid reservations. If a bus does not meet this minimum requirement, Tomblin's Tours will have to cancel that specific bus, even if all other buses are fully booked. We will do our best to accommodate you on other available buses, but if there are no cancellations to free up seats, we will have to cancel your reservation.
Unexpected Tour Price Increases: At Tomblin's Tours, we are committed to providing our guests with affordable tour prices. However, in the event of an increase in gas prices, we may need to adjust the cost of specific tours due to the rise in our Motor Coach rental fees for Gold Shield Transport. Rest assured, we will promptly inform you if this situation arises to ensure you are aware of any additional costs.
