44th and 45th Streets are known to be the luckiest streets of the Broadway Theatre District, and this virtual tour will explore the nooks and crannies, and successes and legends that have called these glorious theaters home 8 times a week. Beginning at the site of the creation of the Tony Awards, and ending at the final resting spot of one of Broadway's most iconic actors, your Green Team Guide will cover a wide range of tales and historical photos from Broadway's past. Utilizing rarely seen photographs from years of research, virtual tour-goers will see some of their favorite shows with fresh, new eyes!
Theaters on this tour include: Stagedoor Canteen, Broadhurst, Helen Hayes, St. James, Al Hirschfeld, Imperial, John Golden, Jacobs, Schoenfeld, Music Box, and Booth.
Using Zoom, guests will participate in a live, interactive experience featuring signature stories and rare photos. During the experience, you'll answer trivia questions, polls, and a be part of a live chat conversation all woven together to seamlessly bring Broadway alive in your living room!
