- Campground Sites.  Lodging listed for the weekend is in our glamping/campground sites.  The sites themselves are spread out a bit, but close enough to the common picnic area and bathhouse to be convenient.  

-Activities. We provide the lovely cabin lodging, dinners & room to breathe. Friday night camp night will have communal fires at our event space, yard games. Saturday Night BINGO after the barn dinner. Otherwise, we encourage you to explore the beauty of the mid-coast for sailing trips, kayaking, hiking & more! 

-Food.  Food is our love language and a big part of the Tops'l Farm experience. Chef Ken Burkett will be preparing dinner for your family each evening in our barn and is included in your stay (base price is for 2 adults, you add the number of kiddos to your reservation).  Additional (heartier) breakfast options (and of course s'mores) can be added in addition to your dinners. Cocktails to go, beer and wine also available for purchase in advance.  Please scroll to the very bottom of this page for detail/itinerary on the specific food options for the weekend.

If you have dietary restrictions please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. 

- Kids. For Summer 2022 we are so excited to be offering Family Weekends at the farm with a focus on our young campers & families.  The base price for the weekend is for 2 adults - add up to 2 kiddos for each cabin (please select # of cots for your reservation PLUS the number of kid meals needed each night. For example, if you have 2 kids, you would add 4 KID MEALS for the weekend for 2 dinners on Friday, and 2 dinners on Saturday.) if you have more than 2 kiddos, please secure 2 cabins. 

-Dogs.  While we love pups, we don't allow pets in the campground. 

-Cots. Please add the number of cots needed per cabin (2 max, only 1 spot for a cot in our Queen Cabin). We provide cot & pillow. You bring the sleeping bags.

-Cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another name.  Cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of reservation date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. Within 14 days of your arrival date: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions.

- Some legalese. Many of the experiences at the farm are adventures in the woods and as such require an adventurous spirit and the understanding that they are inherently risky. With that said, please review the following:   

By visiting Tops'l Farm (VENUE) , you as the GUEST agree to the following during your stay (EVENT):

Farm on Bremen Road LLC, (DBA TOPS’L FARM)  is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of any articles or property left at the VENUE prior to, during or after an EVENT. The GUEST agrees and accepts responsibility for any damage done to the venue owned by TOPS’L FARM by the GUEST and those in the guests reservation (guest invitees). The GUEST agrees that TOPS’L FARM shall not be liable for any suit, actions, claims, loss, damages, expenses, injury or casualty of any kind to any person or property occurring at or in the vicinity of the VENUE, whether occurring before, during or after the EVENT. The  GUEST as a material part of the consideration for this contract, hereby waives all claims and demands against TOPS’L FARM for any such loss, damage, injury or casualty. GUEST further agrees to indemnify and hold TOPS’L FARM and its staff and hired vendors free and harmless from any and all liability for any and all such loss, damage or injury to property and other persons, and from any and all costs and expenses arising therefrom, including but not limited to attorney fees.  GUEST also grants permission to take and use: photographs and/or digital images for use in news releases and/or marketing materials.

Should you want a more robust breakfast offering, please include the skillet, oats or sandwich to your reservation. Communal Camp Coffee available in the Camp Kitchen each day.
