Guided by TotalFusion Co-Founder, Michelle McNiece, who has over 3 decades experience in the fitness industry and over 15 years of being committed to spreading the love of yoga, you will be exposed to the many aspects of yoga, including vinyasa, pranayama, restorative and meditation
Begin each day meditating as the suns rays kiss the ocean. Flow through daily yoga and a variety of fitness sessions, catch up on that overdue ‘me’ time by laying by the pool, perhaps reading that book you’ve been meaning to, or indulging in a healing massage.
Nourish your body with nutritious, exceptionally delicious fresh, healthy cuisine prepared by Komune’s talented chefs who offer you the best of international and Balinese dishes. All dietary requirements are catered for and ingredients are sourced from their very own organic garden or hand selected from local markets.
We’ll take you on adventures to a few of our favourite places in Bali, ending each day with a calming Yoga Nidra, Meditation or Kirtan, allowing your body, mind and spirit to settle and prepare for a rejuvenating night sleep.
