• Rate is $2,997.00 per person based on double occupancy (two adults in one room).

• Single Occupancy (one adult in a room) rate is available at $4,495.00. There is not a triple occupancy rate available.

• Deposit is $400.00 per person to reserve your spot.

• Monthly payments strongly recommended as you only have 3 months to submit all payments. Your suggested monthly payment amount will auto calculate at time of booking. You can follow this plan or simply make payments at your leisure as long as ALL payments are submitted by final due date. You will receive monthly reminders.

• Final Payments due September 8th, 2026. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Reservations not paid in full by the final due date will be cancelled and all monies forfeited.

• Your suggested monthly payment will be calculated for you at checkout based on your timing of booking. 

• You can request to have auto pay turned on if you desire. Send an email after your deposit is made to have this feature added.

• Please Note: Due to contractual agreements with vendors and suppliers this trip is non-refundable (no refunds) and non-transferable (cannot transfer funds to another person or trip). For this reason we strongly encourage you to consider travel insurance to protect your trip and give you peace of mind.

In the unfortunate event of trip cancellation, ALL deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.  Blue Journeys, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, suppliers, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds.  For this reason travel insurance is STRONGLY recommended to protect your investment. If you purchase travel insurance and need to cancel you will file a claim directly with the travel company for any form of reimbursement.

Travel protection is not mandatory nor required but Blue Journeys, LLC highly recommends that you purchase insurance to help protect your investment. Travel protection coverage can protect you from expenses incurred as a result of cancellation or interruption, emergency medical and transportation, baggage and personal effects, flight and travel accident and/or rental car physical damage. When traveling outside of the country U.S. Medical Insurance is not accepted in other countries and should you become sick or injured, you will be liable for any associated costs. Anything can happen, always prepare for unexpected events.

If you choose to NOT purchase travel protection, you are assuming any financial loss and accept all responsibility associated with your travel arrangements. By declining to purchase travel insurance you fully understand that Blue Journeys, LLC is not liable or responsible for loss of any kind.

By submitting a booking you acknowledge that you have been informed of the cancellation policies and that this trip is non-refundable and non-transferable and have been made aware of the benefits of travel protection.

By submitting a reservation for this package, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the Blue Journeys, LLC Terms & Conditions of Booking, located at https://bluejourneystravel.com/terms-and-conditions, including all agency, supplier, cancellation, and refund policies, as well as the following booking terms:

1. All payments made to Blue Journeys, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. If you purchase travel insurance and need to cancel, you must file a claim directly with the insurance provider for any eligible reimbursement.

3. Transfer of funds, credits, or reservations to another traveler is not permitted.

4. Your reservation must be made in your full legal name exactly as it appears on your passport. Any name corrections or changes will incur a $50.00 administrative fee.

5. Bedding preferences are requests only and cannot be guaranteed. We will submit your preference to the hotel on your behalf.

6. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $400.00 per person is required to secure your reservation.

7. Final payment is due no later than September 8, 2026. Reservations not paid in full by this date will be canceled, and all payments made will be forfeited. No exceptions.

8. Travelers booking double occupancy are responsible for ensuring their roommate remains current on all payments. If a roommate cancels or fails to meet payment obligations, the remaining traveler will be responsible for any applicable single occupancy rate and price difference unless a replacement roommate is secured.

9. All travelers must possess a valid U.S. passport book with at least two blank pages and an expiration date of June 2027 or later.

10. Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documentation and meeting all entry requirements.

11. As of this publication date, Spain and Morocco do not require proof of COVID-19 vaccination or testing for entry. However, entry requirements may change at any time and travelers are responsible for complying with all requirements in effect at the time of travel.

12. Please ensure all traveler email addresses are accurate to receive invoices, confirmations, updates, travel documents, and other important correspondence.

13. Blue Journeys reserves the right to make necessary changes to hotels, suppliers, tours, excursions, event venues, and itinerary components if circumstances require.

14. Hotels may require a credit card at check-in for incidental charges and security deposits.

15. A suggested monthly payment plan will be automatically calculated based on your booking date. Participation in the payment plan is optional; however, the reservation must be paid in full by September 8, 2026.

16. Payment reminders will be sent approximately seven (7) days prior to each scheduled payment date.

17. Payments may be made at any time through your online invoice portal, 24 hours a day.

18. Included tours, activities, and events are not offered on an à la carte basis. No refunds, credits, or substitutions will be provided for unused or missed components of the package.

19. Participation in private tours, events, and experiences organized by Blue Journeys is limited to registered travelers only.

20. A visa is not currently required for U.S. citizens visiting Spain or Morocco for tourism stays of 90 days or less.

21. Entry requirements, government regulations, and travel advisories are subject to change. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are eligible to travel and for complying with all applicable requirements.

22. Travel insurance is not included in the package price but is strongly recommended to protect your travel investment.

23. In the unlikely event that this trip is canceled by Blue Journeys or the supplier, refunds will be issued in accordance with the applicable supplier and agency cancellation policies. Blue Journeys shall not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred outside of the package, including but not limited to airfare, insurance premiums, visa fees, or other independently purchased travel arrangements.
