We will start this adventure at 05:30 AM – 06:15 AM, one of our vehicles will pick you up at your hotel.Then we will go to the Itabaca Channel where we will board the boat in which we will sail to Bartolomé Island.Once we have arrived at Bartolomé, we will disembark and begin a tour of a path that will take us to one of the best views of all the Galapagos Islands. We will climb 115 meters above sea level, about 400 steps, from there, we will be able to see the famous Galapagos pinnacle, the entire Bartolomé Island and part of Santiago Island, in one day, we will have a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding islands. and on a clear day even from others further away such as Marchena and La Pinta. An incomparable panoramic vision!From the highest point and to the east you can see splash-type cones, formed by drops of thick lava. These cones are known as Parasitic Cones since they were not formed by the action of the main event.To the west we find tuff cones (formed from sedimented volcanic ash) and eroded remains. The most representative Pinnacle of the Galapagos Islands and especially of this Island is a tuff cone. The main attraction of La Isla Bartolomé is the geological interpretation of the formation of the Galapagos Islands that can be given on this site.In the visiting area there are two beaches and they are linked by a path. On the south beach you can take walks with the possibility of observing rays and blue sharks (endemic Galapagos shark) from the shore, so activities such as swimming or snorkeling are prohibited on this beach.In contrast to the south beach, on the north beach you can do surface diving (snorkeling), during most of the year the sea is very calm which helps to carry out activities such as swimming.Here our tour will end, we will return again to Puerto Ayora.

Firstly, the girl at the agency was very courteous, helpful and polite. She got me a   spot at the very end. The trip itself was very interesting, stopping at different sites, seeing different fauna, both in the water and on the ground. The food they served was great, and the boat team was polite and hospitable. The guide was knowledgeable both in Spanish and English.

We had a great time. We booked ESPAÑOLA TOUR and KICKER ROCK TOUR. I suggest to book Espanola because is expensive but worth it a lot! It’s a long way go and back (3 hours by boat each way) but it worth it every cents! I suggest to bring something for the seasickness because of the waves. 
For Kicker rock the crew was very kind but the visibility was a little bad in kicker rock but on the other side the beach was amazing.

The number of marine animal encounters was amazing, and I felt safe at all times.  The guide was engaging and his enthusiasm was infectious.

We loved our 360 Tour. We had a wonderful guide, Jacob, who took many GoPro videos of our amazing encounters. The seas got very choppy after the first 90 minutes or so, and even with a seasick patch, I succumbed to seasickness for the last 2 hours or so.  Jacob was very compassionate toward me and I really appreciate him! We saw an eagle ray, turtles, all sorts of fish and birds, but the highlight was playing with sea lions in a lagoon. We were all enchanted! The staff were all friendly before and after the trip. Very memorable!

Educational component met my expectations . I was so overwhelmed with the view in front of me and the guide was very empathetic. Great .. lifetime  adventure ..  

Great trip. Saw lots of babies. Great wildlife.  The hike was mostly on level ground but very rocky. Stepping over boulders.  I’m older & we moved a little fast for me, but i made it.

We had a very good experience booking 3 tours with Eco Challenger. The staff we're very friendly and helpful. The 360 tour and Los Lobos were great!
We especially loved the Española tour! Ariana, our guide was so knowlegeable! She had so much interesting information! Probably the best guide we have had in a long time. The hike was wonderful, so many nesting birds highlighted by a glimpse of the Galapagos Hawk, a very rare bird! Another highlight was snokeling with the very playful sealions. The food was great as well. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone

Isla Lobos + española

Had an amazing time! The tour was coordinated perfectly. Day before the tour equipment fit, its all clean and new. The coordination team at Eco Challenge super nice and proactive. Also the crew and the tour guide were amazing!! Energy boost , very passionate about their job and Galapagos.  Modern vessel , felt safe at all times. You can tell how experienced they are. Also the group was very fun! 

We had a great time, office staff and crew were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Food options were great and the freshly cooked lunch was delicious. The snorkelling opportunities were perfect enabling us to see a wide variety of creatures. Boat crew were knowledgable about the wildlife and enabled to us to see a pod of dolphins and a rare glimpse of a humpback whale and calf. All in all an unforgettable experience, would highly recommend. Trip was good value for money. 

We had an incredible time with Los Lobos and the boat and crew were great!  Highly recommend Eco Challenger and also the guide we had, Jefferson, was very knowledgeable and had a very naturalistic approach to teaching us all about the nesting frigates and blue-footed boobies we saw everywhere.  Great snorkeling by the Island as well and lots of adorable baby sea lions.  10/10!

We had a great time. Good food, guide & hiking and snorkeling. We saw hammerhead sharks several times, lots of turtles then lizards, birds and Red Footed and Blue Footed boobies and marine iguanas on land. Only bummer was it took 3 1/2 hours to get back to puerto Ayora from Punta Pitt hike, with no stops. Thankfully weather and company was good.

Great tour! Great guide! Saw so many things! Highly recommend. 

We had a great time on this tour! Our guide Nicolas was fantastic. Spoke English (and Spanish) very well. The boat gave us fresh fruit, chips & guacamole and rice with fish/chicken and salad and drinks. On the tour we saw white tip sharks, sea turtles, starfish, eels and lots of fish. While boating we saw a group of dolphins. We stopped for a photos and then jumped in to snorkel with them. The guide took pictures on go-pro during the trip and sent it to us via Air drop. An amazing experience, worth the money 1000%. The tour provides a wet suit, we did without and were fine. Bring lots of sun screen, hat and gravol if you get boat sick because it’s a long day on the water. 

We had a great time, Eduardo was really kind and explained everything in detail. He also made Sure that everyone could see the animals. And also took care of the other customers who had some difficulties. 
We saw a sea lion chasing a Baby shark right before Our nose, several sharks and Baby sharks, huge turtles and sea horses. 
The boat staff was also very friendly. 
Great service and experience over all. We will recommend.

Tour chatham + tour 360

Easy booking, great value, wonderful customer service. We had a fantastic trip to the Galapagos (San Cristobal) thanks to Eco Challenger organized Tours. One thing to note is that Eco Challenger is the travel agency and the tours are run by National Park employed guides. This is a great model because it keeps the tourism $ in the park ecosystem and the guides are passionate and well trained experts on the specific tours they run. Alejandro in particular was a stand out for our 360 tour!

everything was well organized. The Crew made a great job, we saw turtles, rays and a hammershark. Lunch on the boat was fine. 

Great trip - great guide, nice boat and amazing time.

This was an AMAZING experience. Tons of Hammerhead sharks, sea lions, sea turtles, some black tip reef sharks, white tip reef sharks, lobsters, rays puffer fish, among tons of others.  But what put this tour over the top was an unexpected opportunity when travelling between sites, to swim with a massive pod of dolphins. The guide stopped the boat and invited everyone in the water to swim with the massive amount of dolphins who were in full play/curiosity mode. The guide was able to capture every stop on GoPro which was forwarded to me via WhatsApp and it was also amazing. Guide was very enthusiastic and found lots of things for us to see and point out. Lunch was nice. Everyone on the trip was overwhelmed by how great the day was. 

We had a great time! Bonus note; saw dolphins when we were coming back to Puerto Baquerizo Moreno. Food was great same as snack. Couldn’t be more thankful for this experience. Thank you! Ecochallenge

My husband and I traveled to Santa Cruz for the first time, and without a doubt, it was the best experience of our trip. They helped us coordinate transportation and check the equipment we would use. During the tour, we visited the island's main highlights, where our guide provided clear and very interesting explanations. It’s worth noting that we are Spanish speakers and shared the tour with an American family, making the guide's dynamic and effective management of both languages even more remarkable. Additionally, the crew on the boat was always kind and made our visit even more enjoyable. It’s an experience that is absolutely worth it. Galapagos has breathtaking landscapes, but undoubtedly, the people who organized this trip made it even more unique.

Honestly, if there’s one trip to do with one company in the Galápagos, this is it! Excellent guide, fantastic experience.

It was amazing. So thorough, saw so many animals, the guide was bilingual and explained everything in both English and Spanish. The GoPro footage was a nice touch, too. I loved that we snorkeled with the guide, so he could point out the different animals. 

Las Tuneles $140

This tour was incredible! Our naturalist, Alejandro, and the crew made it a great day. I felt we had the perfect amount of time in each place. The lunch was great and there were snacks provided through out our journey. It was definitely an experience to remember. 

This tour is totally worth it!! The experience provided by the crew was amazing. Our naturalist, Micheal, and our sailor and captain made it a great time. We saw penguins, blue footed boobies, sharks, turtles and so much more within the span of a few hours. This is definitely a tour I recommend!

This hike will take your breath away figuratively and literally. It is quite a long trek, but worth every second. Our naturalist Nelly, made it a great and fun experience. She was caring and funny. Definitely recommend this!

This excursion was fantastic for our family of four.  Enjoyed the boat ride the snorkeling and the beautiful beaches.. We swam with sea lions and saw a hammerhead shark! The guide was fantastic and took pictures with his GoPro, which he sent to everyone after the tour. Communication with the tour company prior to the tour was excellent. A must do tour when on San Cristobal! I saw Hammerhead sharks, swam with a sea lion, and saw many other sharks! Our guide was amazing and made this such an enjoyable trip!

I had a great time!  Saw the largest manta ray, a pod of dolphins stayed with the boat for a while and put on a great show and several huge sea turtles.  The water is rough so prepare for that.  The crew was excellent.

It was an amazing trip, we saw lots of amazing animals and marine life, the food was great and plentiful. The only downsides were the intense guide and the promise of photos the guide had taken with the Gopro,  in another 2 days. However, it's been nearly 2 weeks, I have not had the photos, nor a response from the tour company Eco Challenger Galapogas.

From first enquiries through to the end of the tour, everything was top notch. Alejandro was a superb guide who was not only knowledgeable but also very attentive, especially to one in our group who needed assistance. Although the visibility at Kicker Rock wasn’t great, it was still a wonderful experience snorkeling between and along the rocks. At our other stops we saw sharks, sea lions, rays, and amazing sea turtles, and blue and red footed  boobies nesting on the rock faces. The fishing was good - especially for the shark that ate most of our catch which would have been a yellow fin tuna! Our meal was very good also. Everything was well-organized for the 12 passengers on board. Clean facilities. The capper was coming across a “super pod” of bottlenose dolphins on our way back that was absolutely amazing and the crew was extremely patient, taking their time so we could soak in and observe this unique experience.  Super 360 tour!

Martin was an amazing guide! The crew was amazing as well.  We really enjoyed the tour.  It was a busy day, but Martin kept things going at a good pace and made sure we had a chance to see as much as possible.  He clearly loves what he does!
