About this trip

North  Seymour  is  located  north  from  Baltra  island  (South  Seymour).  The  whole island  is covered  with  dense  and  low  vegetation  and  it  was  formed  by  a  marine uprise  of  lava.

This  is  known  because  of  its  flat  surface,  marine  fossils  found  and lava pillow. North Seymour  island  is known for being one  of the  greatest areas  of reproduction for blue-footed boobies and for the biggest colony of real frigates.  We  will  see  marine  and  land  iguanas.  During  the  walk,  tourists  will  be  able  to observe  the  following:  a  big  colony  of  pelicans,  the  wonderful  frigates  with  their huge red pouches hanging from their necks, marine iguanas who share their space with  the  playful  fur  seals  (also  known  as  two-haired  lions),  blue-footed  boobies nests where couples perform their mating dance, majestic land iguanas, Galápagos seagulls, lava lizards and Galápagos snakes.

We are a Galapagueña travel agency, formed by Galapagueños with experience in tourism dedicated to serving and caring for our islands. Passionate about what we do, providing a different service, breaking schemes and the traditional way of the market.

Reviews

We got skunked fishing, but the Captain tried several locations and types of fishing. It just wasn't our day. The boat was nice, the crew professional and friendly and the gear was top-notch. Snacks and lunch were very good. We did get to see some small rocks and islands up close. Lots of birds and sea lions. An enjoyable outing.

Muchas gracias por su comentario, esperando que en un futuro si regresan a Galápagos la pesca sea aun mejor
