An underground river of extraordinary natural beauty. Río Secreto is a journey through a crystal museum, whose formations tell the geological history of the earth, and undoubtedly a life-changing experience.

• Arrival at the reception and service areas.

• Welcome video.

• Transportation to the Secreto River reserve (approximately 15 minutes).

• Upon arrival at the reserve, the guides will welcome the participants and provide them with safety measures and the appropriate equipment.

• Before entering the underground river, visitors will walk along trails in the nature reserve, where they will receive a Mayan welcome.

• Visitors will walk and swim through its beautiful natural crystal galleries, on an approximately 800-meter tour lasting approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

• Toast with Xtabentun.

• Viewing of tour photos.

• Buffet lunch.

• Return to the reception.

• Return transfer to the hotel.

You will receive confirmation of the pickup time via WhatsApp one day before the tour. Please make sure you have the app downloaded so you can receive the details and communicate directly with us. You must be in the lobby 5 minutes before the scheduled time according to your pickup schedule. (The maximum waiting time from the time of pickup will be 5 minutes) after which your reservation will be considered a NO SHOW. If the hotel is outside our pickup area, you will be given a meeting point. For reservations from Tulum, the only meeting point will be at SUPER AKI, and likewise, at the end of the tour, the only drop-off point will be at SUPER AKI. Please be attentive to the call from our tour guide, who will identify themselves with our logo.
