 The hammam at Palais Amani is designed to provide guests with a truly authentic and relaxing experience. It follows the traditional rituals of a Moroccan hammam, which typically involve a series of steps to cleanse and rejuvenate the body. Here's what you can expect during a hammam session at Palais Amani

First, you will enter a warm room to relax and prepare your body for the cleansing process. Then, a skilled attendant will apply a special soap to your body and exfoliate your skin using a traditional kessa glove, which helps remove dead skin cells and impurities.

After the exfoliation, you will receive a rinse with warm water, followed by a soothing and invigorating massage using Moroccan oils or natural products. The massage aims to relax your muscles and stimulate blood circulation, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

The hammam experience at Palais Amani is often accompanied by traditional Moroccan rituals, such as the use of black soap, which is made from olive oil and helps soften the skin. The attendants are highly trained and ensure that you feel comfortable throughout the process. 

In addition to the hammam, we can offer other wellness services and facilities, where you can indulge in various treatments such as massages, facials, and body scrubs. These services complement the hammam experience and provide a comprehensive wellness experience for guests. 

Free Cancellation - Up to 72 hours before the trip:

You may cancel your trip free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled start of the trip. To cancel, please contact us at experiences@afritripmorocco.com and provide your booking details. We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund.

50% Refund - Up to 48 hours before the trip:

If you cancel your trip within 72 to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the trip, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total trip cost. To cancel, please contact us at experiences@afritripmorocco.com and provide your booking details. We will process your cancellation and refund the applicable amount.

No Refunds - Less than 48 hours before the trip:

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the trip. This includes no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the trip.

Voucher for Future Bookings - Special Circumstances:

In certain special circumstances, such as unforeseen emergencies or unavoidable circumstances beyond your control, we may consider issuing a voucher for future bookings instead of a refund. This voucher will be valid for a specified period, and you can use it towards a future trip with us.
