Join Fitness professionals Ali Brashler and Stacy Bradley for a long weekend of sweat, sun and fun! Bring your summer relaxing vacation vibes to life with a group of fun and adventurous people. Daily schedule will Include 2 custom and innovative workouts, yoga and mobility sessions, food professionally prepared by a local private chef, 2 private sessions to work on your own personal goals with Stacy and Ali, and SO much time to explore town or relax/play on your own at the property (property details below!). All activities are optional and will invite all levels of athlete to build their unique skill sets, challenge them physically, and have a blast along the way! Additional activities include nature runs, beach walks, speciality workshops/clinics and a playful Training Camp Games Competition. All levels of fitness/fun enthusiasts welcome. Pier Cove Grove Details:
Come explore the shores and forests of Southwest Michigan at Ali’s new retreat center, The Pier Cove Grove. Located 15 minutes north of South Haven and 8 minutes south of Saugatuck you will find 7 acres of land on the Grove with 4 different structures. Stay in a brand new organic modern wood cabin, a French country beach cottage or a private A Frame cabin all set on a property equipped with an outdoor sauna, putting green and driving range, hot tub, indoor and outdoor wood burning fire place, 200 ft of private Lake Michigan Beach frontage, wooden trails, paddle boards, kayaks and so much more!
All pricing options include all food, curated workouts, lodging and experiences for the 4 day retreat (Limited alcohol will be provided - BYOB is encouraged and extra excursions are not included in the price*)

Doors open at 5pm Wednesday, June 26 for a welcome party! Training Camp officially begins Thursday at at 9 am but feel free to arrive early for a fun party or cozy night in the evening before. Arrive anytime after 5pm on June 26th for an informal dinner and meet and greet. Find your rooms, goodies, unpack, and enjoy the hot tub and get a good night sleep for *official* day 1 activities!
On our first full day together, we'll experience a variety of movement practices. Everything is optional and is designed to meet you where you are - There will be levels for all movement practices, from our workouts to our runs and yoga practices. We invite you to get involved with as many elements of the weekend as you'd like, and to take as much time for yourself as you need!

Get ready to sweat and swear in our first ever Training Camp Games! Prepare to haul driftwood, run stairs, race paddle boards, hit the state of the art gym in the barn with cardio machines, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and med balls (just to name a few), swim in the lake and laugh your ass off as we compete (or just have fun!) and have a great time working out together on the lake. Trophies and gear are guaranteed…. Who wants in?!?! LFG
After the games we will shower and get ready for an optional afternoon in the town of Saugatuck. Think Lunch, shopping, bars,, boats, hiking, wineries, breweries, art galleries, antique stores and so much more! A private bus will pick us up and return us safely home. Rather stay in and relax? GREAT! The property will stay open for you. *Lunch will not be included on Day 3* if you plan to stay at the house we can direct you to easy lunch options on your own.
