Heather Is Certified with the International Assoc of Yoga Therapists (USA) and Is also an Author, Psychotherapist And Clinical Hypnotherapist Who Can Assist You To Release Unhealthy Patterns And To Achieve Your Full Potential.
She has also completed training in the Hakomi method of psychotherapy which helps to resolve trauma through the wisdom of the mind-body connection. She also teaches for the Beyond Addiction program.
Heather loves the adventure of travel and has taken long sabbaticals to learn more about herself and the world. She is excited to be a part of this healing tour.
