Overall, we had a great tour. We've been to several different Mayan cities and Uxmal is uniquely special. We arrived early and as such, the site was mostly empty and allowed for quiet and peaceful exploration. Our guide was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about this site and the Maya. Our van was comfortable and the driver was excellent. My only recommendation would be for such an early tour, a quick stop for coffee or tea would have been appreciated. In addition, the cenote, while refreshing and fun, wasn't particularly beautiful. With so many cenotes in the area to choose from, this one was a bit underwhelming. Lunch was great. Overall a few tweaks would have made this tour go from great...to amazing.

We had a wonderful time visiting Chichen Itza, the cenote and Izamal. Our tour guide Delio was kind, knowledgeable and made this trip 10x better. The private cenote was beautiful. The lunch provided was delicious. They were able to accommodate to my vegetarian diet. The last stop at Izamal was a nice way to end a busy day. I would definitely recommend this experience to family and friends.

We hired Eco Expeditions Mexico for a private tour of Uxmal. They are well organised and efficient. They offer value for money. Our guide was a true professional, nice and mindful to our wishes. It was a great experience.

It was very nice. This is my second time touring with them and they were very friendly and professional, very knowledgeable. Really enjoyed it!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our day tour to Chichen Itza, which also included a visit to a charming Mayan family and their cenote. The cenote was unique, with limestone formations and such refreshing clear water. Afterwards we had a lovely home-cooked meal of Mayan specialties. Our guide was great, giving us a better understanding of Mayan culture and beliefs. We appreciated his emphasis on what timing and procedures to expect as well. This company and tour are thoroughly recommended. Book through their website, you won’t regret it

This tour is amazing - I cannot recommend it enough. We were picked up early morning before heading off to Chichen itza. First ones in there so we really got to see the beautiful site before the crowds. Our tour guide, Henán, was incredible and spoke fantastic English. So insightful, passionate about the culture and was incredibly engaging. I’ve learnt more in the 2 hours there than in any of the tour books. The meal we had at the family home was delicious. The swim in the cenote was incredibly special. The final stop in Izamal, the yellow city, was breath taking and once again Henán really provided us with in depth knowledge of its rich history. If you’re in Merida, this is an absolute must. Thank you!
