A week to step away, reconnect, and return to yourself.
Join me for seven days in Peru's breathtaking Sacred Valley, where we'll move through a thoughtfully curated journey of yoga, meditation, culture, creativity, adventure, and rest.
We'll stay at Samadhi Sacred Valley, a beautiful retreat sanctuary surrounded by the Andes and nestled within a native farming community. Samadhi was created around four pillars: 1) yoga and meditation, 2) conscious food, 3) art therapy, and 4) cultural immersion.
Each day of our retreat is inspired by one of the seven chakras and a different stage of transformation:
ARRIVE → OPEN → BECOME → CONNECT → EXPRESS → SEE → RETURN
We'll begin by grounding ourselves in the Sacred Valley, then gradually move through experiences designed to invite openness, confidence, connection, expression, reflection, and ultimately integration.
Our days will weave together yoga and meditation with experiences unique to Peru: a traditional Pachamama ceremony, exploration of the Sacred Valley, Maras and Moray, Temazcal, pottery, a sacred waterfall, reforestation, Pisac Market, and an optional guided journey to Machu Picchu.
And just as importantly, there is room to do less.
There will be slow mornings, restorative practices, shared meals, mountain views, creative time, and space to read, nap, wander, journal, or simply enjoy being somewhere beautiful.
You don't need to be an advanced yogi or even consider yourself "spiritual." Come exactly as you are. The yoga will be accessible for all levels, and the experience is designed to meet you wherever you happen to be in your life.
Come for Peru. Come for the yoga. Come for the adventure. Come because something in you is ready for a little space to breathe.
Return home not as someone entirely new, but perhaps a little more connected to who you already are.

Welcome to Peru.
Arrive at Samadhi Sacred Valley beginning at 2:00 PM and give yourself time to settle into your room, explore the grounds, and take in your new home in the Andes.
Our first day is inspired by the Root Chakra — I AM. We'll begin our week together with a traditional Pachamama Native Despacho Ceremony, an offering of gratitude to Mother Earth and an opportunity to arrive fully in the place that will hold us for the week.
We'll gather afterward by the fire pit to meet one another, walk through our retreat journey and workbook, set intentions for the days ahead, and finish with our first dinner together.
Today's intention: ARRIVE.
Our first full day invites curiosity, movement and openness.
Inspired by the Sacral Chakra — I FEEL, we'll begin with morning meditation and breakfast before heading out to experience the Sacred Valley.
We'll explore with a local guide, with time to walk into town and experience the rhythms of life here before returning for lunch.
In the afternoon, we'll visit Maras and Moray, connecting with the landscape, history and ingenuity of the region while reflecting on themes of creativity, abundance and possibility.
After dinner, we'll slow everything down with a nourishing restorative yoga practice.
Today's intention: OPEN.
Today turns our attention inward.
Inspired by the Solar Plexus Chakra — I DO, we'll begin with Vinyasa yoga and meditation before breakfast.
Our morning continues with a traditional Temazcal & Paqarina ceremony, inviting us to release, reset and reconnect with our inner strength.
After lunch, we'll trade movement for creativity with an afternoon pottery experience allowing us a chance to slow down, work with our hands, and create something without needing it to be perfect. It will also be a perfect souvenir to take home and remind you of your time here.
This is a day about trusting yourself, trying something new, and remembering that transformation is something we participate in.
Today's intention: BECOME.
Today is our biggest adventure.
Inspired by the Heart Chakra — I LOVE, guests who choose the optional excursion will spend the day traveling to one of the world's most extraordinary archaeological sites: Machu Picchu.
We'll step away from our normal yoga schedule and allow the journey itself to become our practice. We'll be taking in the landscape, history and sheer scale of the Andes.
We'll return to Samadhi in the evening and gather again over dinner.
The Machu Picchu excursion is an optional $400 add-on and must be selected separately when booking.
Today's intention: CONNECT.
After yesterday's adventure, today gives us room to soften.
Inspired by the Throat Chakra — I SPEAK, we'll begin with meditation and yoga followed by breakfast.
Then we'll journey to a sacred waterfall, using our time in nature as an invitation to consider what we're ready to release and what we'd like to make more room for when we return home.
After lunch, the afternoon is intentionally spacious. Rest at Samadhi, journal, nap, wander the grounds, or join us for a painting workshop.
We'll close the day with dinner and restorative yoga.
Today's intention: EXPRESS.
Our final full day asks us to look beyond ourselves.
Inspired by the Third Eye Chakra — I SEE, we'll begin with meditation and gentle morning yoga before breakfast.
Then we'll participate in a reforestation experience, planting new beginnings and giving something tangible back to the land that has held us throughout our retreat.
After lunch, we'll head to colorful Pisac Market for an afternoon of exploring, shopping and experiencing local culture.
Tonight, we'll celebrate our final evening together with a pizza party, bonfire and closing ceremony beneath the Andean sky.
Today's intention: SEE.
One final morning together.
Inspired by the Crown Chakra — I UNDERSTAND, we'll begin with meditation, followed by breakfast and time to reflect on everything we've experienced.
Our final closing ceremony will give us space to integrate the week—not by asking How do I keep the retreat feeling forever? but instead, What do I want to carry home with me?
Check-out is at 1:00 PM, with free time afterward depending on your travel plans.
The retreat ends, but the intention is for something from this week to travel home with you.
Today's intention: RETURN.
