About Your Facilitator
Physician, teacher, speaker, holistic psychiatrist, chemist, and nutritionist: Dr. Andrea Carter Best has been teaching and serving global communities for over 25 years.
She is co-founder of Caerus Inc., a company intentionally creating complete health and transformative experiences in individuals across the globe.
Dr. Best's group workshops and retreats teach prevention and treatment of anxiety in all body systems by addressing issues of the brain, gut, and adrenals using tools that combine up-to-date advances in Western medicine combined with quantum physics healing and Eastern/Global Medicine.

Our Retreat Venue
The Mayan Palace is situated in the heart of the Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta property.
Here, you're within easy walking access of so many amazing amenities. These include the central shopping plaza and gourmet food market, evening entertainment venue, several amazing brunch, lunch and dinner options, and of course the beach! Plus, the Mayan Palace has an in-house gym, and offers access to the beautiful Brio Spa at the nearby Grand Mayan for a nominal fee.
Focus on your retreat work in the mornings, but during down time, you can unwind poolside at Beachland, the hippest new addition to the Vidanta property, complete with infinity pool bar, lounge areas, and gourmet eateries...all located right along the ocean!
Plus, guests of the Mayan Palace have full access to all of the resort’s incredible restaurants, cafes and bistros, all daily activities, classes and specials, and all evening entertainment offered throughout the property.
For this retreat, you have your choice of a Single Occupancy Room (with 1 king bed) or a Double Occupancy Room (with 2 queen beds).
All rooms come with a private bath and share a kitchenette, dining area and living room space. Each is located on one of the upper floors, with a view out over the lovely grounds.

Itinerary
Today we'll gather from near or far.
Fly in to Puerto Vallarta International Airport and then you'll be transferred from the airport to the Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta property and then to the Mayan Palace. Here you'll be met and assisted with your check-in.
Our Welcome Dinner will be at the casual Mexican restaurant, Tres Aromas, and we'll continue the Mexican theme with VIP front-row seats at Mexican Night at the Santuario outdoor entertainment venue.
