Today we'll gather from near or far in Costa Rica's capital, San Jose. You'll be met at the airport and transferred to the beautiful Lapazul Retreat Center in Dominica.

Upon arrival, enjoy appetizers and a welcome drink, then this evening we'll have the first of many group dinners and hold our Opening Circle.

Workshop, Beach BBQ, Free Afternoon
Following breakfast, we'll then head down to the local Playa Linda beach for a BBQ lunch.

Following lunch the afternoon is yours to unwind, relax and enjoy the property at Lapazul. Massages will be offered this afternoon at an additional cost for those wishing to indulge in some extra self care.

This evening we'll enjoy dinner accompanied by live music.

Following breakfast, this morning is at leisure.

Following lunch at Lapazul, enjoy the magic of a sound healing.

The bar opens at 5pm (alcohol is at your own cost), and following the sunset we'll dine together as a group.

Manuel Antonio National Park; Workshop
This morning after breakfast we'll take off to visit Manuel Antonio National Park to enjoy the amazing beach and spectacular flora and fauna.

Lunch today will be offsite, then we'll return for an afternoon at leisure at Lapazul.

Dinner will be as a group at Lapazul Retreat Center.

Departure for San Jose
Today we'll sadly have to bid farewell to Lapazul Retreat Center.

Following breakfast, you'll fly from Dominical's Quepos airport back to the San Jose International Airport where you can then transfer to your homeward bound flight.
