About Your Facilitator
Physician, teacher, speaker, holistic psychiatrist, chemist, and nutritionist: Dr. Andrea Carter Best has been teaching and serving global communities for over 25 years.
She is co-founder of Caerus Inc., a company intentionally creating complete health and transformative experiences in individuals across the globe.
Dr. Best's group workshops and retreats teach prevention and treatment of anxiety in all body systems by addressing issues of the brain, gut, and adrenals using tools that combine up-to-date advances in Western medicine combined with quantum physics healing and Eastern/Global Medicine.
The Retreat Venue
Our beautiful host property is the Lapazul Retreat Center, located in Dominical, along Costa Rica's Pacific coastline:
Lapazul features a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, outdoor yoga pavilion, indoor meeting space, bar and garden.
The spacious rooms have 2 queen beds, high ceilings, deluxe en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, coffee makers, mini fridge, and private balconies with an ocean view!
What’s included
- Virtual Workshop 13 months prior: 1 hr Individual medical holistic health session with Dr Best; Review medical records, medications; Order any necessary labs; Create customized nutrition plan and health/life intentions
- Virtual Workshop 22 months prior: Review Dr. Best's program of advanced, integrative health modalities, supplements, quantum physics meditations, breath work
- Virtual Workshop 31 month prior: Review travel and logistics, as well as individual intention, nutrition, and supplements review

Itinerary
Today we'll gather from near or far in Costa Rica's capital, San Jose. You'll be met at the airport and transferred to the beautiful Lapazul Retreat Center in Dominica.
Upon arrival, enjoy appetizers and a welcome drink, then this evening we'll have the first of many group dinners and hold our Opening Circle.
