At The Art Bank we bring all our knowledge to help you in one beautiful venue.
Mandy had the building extensively renovated with workshop, studio and meeting spaces created to a high standard and 3 guest bedrooms (each fitted out with its own famous artist theme).
Your food and equipment is all included, everything you need will be provided for you so all you need is to show up and change your life
Key activities will include exploring creativity, such as painting, drawing, and crafting. Mandy will also provide life coaching and business for art and design sessions.
The agenda is flexible because we focus on helping you build resilience and a strong mindset during your stay. We use creativity to help make sense of things and to focus on your well-being.
Friday
* Arrive anytime after 11 am, settle into the room and receive your journal and equipment.
* Tour The Art Bank and discuss & agree on projects.
* Get started on a creative project!
* 7 pm dinner followed by meditation and goal-setting discussion.
Saturday
* 9 am breakfast.
* 10.30 am (approx): receive creative project and start to plan and implement
* Noon BIG goal/dream brainstorming session with mind mapping
* 1 pm Lunch
* 2 pm - 4.30 pm Masterclass
* 4.30 - 5 pm Review of the day and nana nap before dinner
* 7 pm dinner followed by reflection for the day and plans for tomorrow
Sunday
* 9 am breakfast
* 10.30 (weather permitting) Forest painting Noon coffee
* 12.30 complete retreat project & canvas
* 1.30 pm Lunch and reflection and plan afternoon - what is most important to you? * 5 pm self-care - relax, reflect, nap
* 7 pm dinner followed by a reflection of the day and journalling
Monday
* Breakfast at 9 am followed by reflection
* 10 am - finish off any projects, and plans and prepare to go and implement them
* We may do some guided meditations during the retreat if you are open to participating
