At a Swell Life retreat we use the experience of learning to surf as a platform for uncovering your inner badass. Learning to surf brings up a lot of the same things that come up when we chase our dreams - excitement, fear, self-doubt, and criticism to name a few. Not only will we teach you to surf, but we'll teach you tools to navigate these things so that you will leave the retreat ready to step into your most vibrant and fulfilling life.

You’ll then have the space you need for reflection to get clear on what you truly value in life and what you want to a accomplish next. We will provide thought-provoking activities to help you live your life as more of a "full body YES"!
Our retreats are for women (and people who identify as women) who want to spend the next chapter living their biggest, baddest, and most bodacious Swell Life! Invest in yourself and the woman you want to be. We'll take it from there.
We start the day around 9am with a nourishing breakfast and enjoy the quiet beauty of our retreat space. Depending on the size of the group, we may break into two smaller groups for more individual attention. One group will hit the beach for a surf lesson and the other group will gather together for workshops to begin building their swell lives. After lunch and some down time, the groups will switch. We will come back together to enjoy a delicious dinner and then spend the evening in workshop processing the lessons from the day. Even though our days are challenging and packed with content, you will have plenty of time to relax, stroll on the beach, or even take a nap! Our sessions will end around 9pm so participants can either hit the hay early or stay up a little later to enjoy each other’s
