This trip was my first visit to Santiago and our guides at VOE Travel could not have been more amazing! Pablo was superb and very knowledgeable about his city. This is an experience which should not to be missed.  There is spectacular beauty to be seen.  The individual tours over 5 days were great.  The Chileans are lovely, peaceful folk. This was the trip of a lifetime for my sister and I. Not only did we return to our country of birth but were able to enjoy the raw natural beauty of the southern region . Torres del Paine park was on our bucket list.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a atorres del Paine hotel that left a lasting impression on me, albeit with a few notable areas in need of improvement. While the physical state of the hotel itself may have fallen short, the exceptional service and delightful drink options made up for those shortcomings.

Let's start with the positive aspects of my stay. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and attentive staff members who were genuinely committed to ensuring my comfort. Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond exceeded my expectations. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or promptly addressing any concerns I had, the hotel staff proved to be reliable and knowledgeable.

Another highlight of my stay was the hotel's bar and drink offerings. The bar had a diverse menu of refreshing and creatively crafted beverages. The bartenders were skilled mixologists who took pride in their creations, and it showed in the quality of the drinks. They were always open to customizing drinks to suit personal preferences, and their recommendations were spot-on. The bar area itself was cozy and had a relaxed ambiance, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day.

However, it's important to note that the hotel is in dire need of renovation. The physical appearance of the rooms was outdated, and the overall decor lacked the modern touches that one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. The furnishings seemed worn, and the bathrooms were in need of a makeover. While the cleanliness was satisfactory, an upgrade in the overall aesthetics would do wonders for the hotel's appeal.

Regarding the food, unfortunately, it did not live up to the same standard as the service and drinks. The speed, and the quality of the dishes was inconsistent. While the hotel's focus may not be on culinary excellence, it would be beneficial to stick to buffet’s .
In conclusion, this hotel provided an exceptional level of service and showcased an impressive selection of drinks. The friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. However, the hotel's physical condition, particularly the rooms, was in need of renovation to align with the quality of service delivered. Although the food options were underwhelming, the delightful bar experience made up for it. With some refurbishment and attention to culinary offerings, this hotel has the potential to be an outstanding destination.

Thank you to Pablo and Claudia for curating an extraordinary adventure for our family. The level of detail was clear in every step of our journey. We were able to enjoy the streets of Santiago, hiking the winter wonderland of Patagonia and tasting the excellent wine of central Chile knowing that VOE had our backs.
