Andrew Bryan’s expertise is in guiding and supporting emerging young adults and those in transition toward their next steps. As an independent educational consultant with a focus on college and early career guidance and assessment, his purpose is to help people understand more of "who they are" and "what they have to offer the world around them". Through a process of exploration, his clients come to more fully understand their Core Gifts, such that they may discover and live within their purpose and experience meaning in their lives. 

Josie Bryan brings a rich blend of creativity, empathy, and practical insight to the walking adventures she leads. With a Bachelor of Science in Design and Innovation Management and a deep background in coaching, facilitation, and personal development, Josie is passionate about helping young adults navigate their unique paths of self-discovery and growth.

Josie's expertise as a Master Core Gift Discovery Facilitator and her experience as an Assistant Guide for Trek Epic's international walking adventures make her a trusted mentor on the trail. She thrives on creating meaningful group dynamics and fostering a supportive space where participants can reflect, connect, and explore themes of purpose and belonging.
