Inside the trip, the temporary stops to see the landscape, this varies according to the amount of travelers who plow the route to the Towers Base. The obligatory stop is in the Portería de Laguna Amarga, where you can see the wonderful view of the famous Torres del Paine, next to this view you can appreciate the beautiful Laguna Amarga

Continue with the transfer approximately 10 minutes more to reach the beginning of the walk in the sector of the Hotel Las Torres. The Trekking to Mirador de las Torres lasts approximately 4 hours. On the way we will pass through the Chilean Refuge and then an intermediate point between the Las Torres Refuge.

At this point the final climb lasts approximately 40 minutes, until you reach the Las Torres base where you can observe the famous lake and Torres glacier, Monte Almirante Nieto, Cordón Oggioni, the biodiversity characteristic of the area, and above all, the Torres del Paine.

After a reasonable time in La Base, we will return by the same path until arriving at the sector of Hostería Las Torres, where the transfer will take you back to Puerto Natales.

It is recommended to go up with a bottle of water (you can go from the springs that are on the way), a snack (cereal bar, almonds, nuts). The trekking sticks are not essential, but they are a great help for those who are not accustomed to this type of hiking.

The climb is about 9 km. approximately (18 km between up and down) and is of medium-high difficulty.

There was no confirmation by the tour operator till the time of the trip. The guide spoke very little English and gave very little information during the trip.
