All deposits are non-refundable. All payments become non-refundable and non-transferable after 72 hours of booking.

Payment plans are available; however, payments more than 3 days late will incur a $100 late fee and a 7-day extension. Failure to communicate within 48 hours of a missed payment may result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

Welcome to Trinidad! Upon arrival, we'll head to the hotel for check-in and a chance to get settled before officially kicking off our Carnival experience. Then it's time for your first taste of the bacchanal at TRIBE Fete. Get ready—the week is just getting started!

Airport transfer and transportation to/from the included fete are provided.

We're jumping straight into the Carnival energy with Freebird Fete in the morning.

After Freebird, head back to the hotel for some much-needed downtime. Rest, recharge, grab a bite or enjoy some free time—because we're not finished yet! We'll head back out that evening for our Friday night fete and another taste of Trinidad's legendary Carnival party scene.

Transportation to/from included events is provided.

Today is all about the music!

We'll spend the afternoon at Soca Brainwash, one of Carnival's signature fete experiences, surrounded by soca, incredible décor and nonstop vibes. That evening, we switch gears for Panorama, where you'll experience the power and culture of Trinidad's world-famous steelpan competition. From fete to pan—today you'll experience two very different sides of Trinidad Carnival.

Today, we're stepping away from the fetes to experience another side of Trinidad.

We've reserved this day for an exclusive group experience curated especially for our Newbie to Bacchanal crew. Think local culture, island vibes, good food and an opportunity to experience Trinidad beyond the Carnival celebrations. The exact experience will be revealed closer to the trip — but trust us, it'll be worth it. 😉

Afterward, the evening is yours to relax and recharge because Carnival Monday is next... and we're hitting the road!

This is what we've been building up to—Carnival Monday!

Today, we leave the sidelines and become part of the celebration with the Carnival Monday/Monday Mas experience. Expect music, movement, soca and that unmistakable energy that can only be experienced on the streets of Trinidad.

After the road, the evening is yours to rest and recharge.

Tomorrow, we do it all over again—but prettier.

It's Carnival Tuesday—the grand finale and your moment to experience Pretty Mas!

Your day includes your Carnival costume, professional makeup, photography and our team's road-ready support, so you can focus on enjoying the experience.

This is the day you've been waiting for. Put on the feathers, gems and glitter and get ready to cross the stage!

You came as a newbie. Today, you're officially part of the bacchanal.

All good bacchanal must eventually come to an end... unless you're not ready to go home yet!

Guests ending their journey today will check out and transfer to the airport for their flight home. Want a little more island time? Guests who select the optional Tobago extension will continue on for a change of pace and some post-Carnival relaxation.

Either way, you'll be leaving with six nights of memories—and a completely different understanding of what Trinidad Carnival is all about.
