We work in the travel industry so our conference should take place in cities we visit and include education that includes the environment that we are in and vendors we use. At TripCon, we will not only include the standard things you've grown accustomed to, but we will re-invent it!
Our conference space is a Brooklyn warehouse, and the city itself. Join us for education sessions that are in-house and interactive with tour operators and tour directors, plus outdoor sessions on the streets of NYC.
TripCon will be unlike any other event you have attended, and you can count on us to make this a conference you will never forget!
We have reached capacity with our courtesy room blocks, but have no fear, rates are currently at par with our courtesy block.

You are of course free to stay anywhere in NYC. We chose Times Square for the abundance of hotels, and because the evenings will finish with events and Broadway show options in that area. The event venue is a 20 minute subway ride away, in Dumbo, Brooklyn. There are not a lot of hotels near the venue, but the Tillary Hotel is a boutique hotel and a short walk from the venue. We will have volunteers helping you navigate from the Millennium and M Social hotels to the event venue each day.
Ticket purchases are non-refundable, but transferrable. We are only taking full payment at this time as the conference is nearly sold out and space is limited. You may transfer your ticket purchase to another person, simply email team@thetripschool.com - if we have people on the waitlist, we can make arrangements to try to accommodate a swap!
We offer travel insurance as part of travel protection plans from our partner TripAssure.
To cover you for the unforeseen, we encourage participants to purchase travel insurance, which may include benefits for trip cancellation, trip interruption, missed connection, travel delay, medical expense/emergency evacuation, baggage and personal effects, baggage delay and more.
