Please carefully review our cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth booking experience:

1. Deposit and Payment Terms:

• A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to secure your booking. This is DUE on June 30, 2025!

• The remaining balance is due 90 days before the departure date.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellations made more than 90 days before the departure date: You will forfeit your deposit, but the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Cancellations made between 60 and 89 days: no refund will be issued including the non-refundable deposit, and any payments made toward the package.

3. Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of an unexpected cancellation trip interruption!

4. Exceptions:

Exceptions to this policy may be made for extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or government travel restrictions. Please contact us directly to discuss any special situations.

By booking with Lox And Luxe Travel LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.

By finalizing your reservation, you agree to allow  Lox and Luxe Travel LLC to take photographs of you during the trip and use them for marketing and promotional activities. You grant Lox and Luxe Travel LLC an unrestricted, royalty-free, global, and permanent right to utilize these images for any commercial or advertising purpose. Your booking indicates your understanding and acceptance of this authorization.

Travel insurance is NOT part of this package, but participation in this trip is required. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that Lox and Luxe Travel LLC is not liable for any personal injuries, lost or stolen belongings, missed or canceled flights, or any fatalities.

 You agree not to pursue legal action or hold Lox and Luxe Travel LLC responsible for any of the aforementioned situations.

Please note the following weight and attire requirements for the Kayaking, and UTV tours:  

Kayak Experience:

• All participants must know how to swim. If you do not know how to swim, you cannot participate.

Please note: If you book but do not meet the stated requirements directly above, no refunds will be issued please review the guidelines beforehand.

•Safety and Equipment Notice: You may bring a phone or other non-waterproof device for personal photos, but do so at your own risk. 

• Lox And Luxe Travel LLC is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal devices in open water. We recommend waterproof cameras, GoPros, or waterproof phone cases. A few complimentary photos of your experience will be provided by excursion staff.

•Weight Restrictions: Maximum combined weight per 2-person kayak: 400 lbs

Maximum individual weight: 250 lbs

•Attire & Preparation:

Suggested attire: Shorts and a T-shirt

You will not be fully submerged, but may get slightly wet from paddle splash. Do not wear bug spray, as it can damage the clear bottoms of the kayaks.

UTV Experience:

Recommended Items to Bring:

• Swimwear (under your clothing)

• Water shoes

• Goggles or sunglasses

• Sunblock

• Towel

• Change of clothes

• Valid driver’s license (required to operate the UTV)

Health Requirements:

• Participants must be in good physical condition with no pre-existing injuries.

Attire Requirements:

• Closed-toed shoes are required

• No sandals, flip-flops, or open-toed shoes allowed

Kindly be advised that if you do not meet the specified requirements for any of the tours and are therefore unable to participate, no refund will be issued. Please CONSIDER this before booking with Lox And Luxe Travel LLC.

Due to the dynamic nature of accommodation pricing and availability, all listed rates are subject to change. Prices may fluctuate based on demand, seasonality, and time of booking. Available Payment Packages: We offer flexible payment options to help you secure your booking with confidence, even amidst rate changes. Choose from our available payment plans to lock in your reservation with a deposit, and rest assured that we will confirm the final rate at the time of booking.

Please note: All bookings are subject to the Accommodation’s final confirmation of availability and pricing at the time of reservation. If rates increase before your booking is confirmed, we will promptly notify you and offer alternative options.

Each bed and space is first come, first served.

Each guest is guaranteed a comfortable bed, complete with premium bedding and pillows.

Couples will be assigned a private room for the duration of the trip.

Single travelers will be assigned to shared rooms with same-gender guests.

Completion of the Roommate Questionnaire is required for all single travelers to ensure compatibility and comfort, due to limited space.

Single travelers who prefer not to share a room will be:

Placed on a waitlist for a private room, if one becomes available, or, Assigned a roll-out bed or alternative sleeping arrangement within the villa.

All SINGLE TRAVELERS must complete the Roommate Questionnaire. This helps ensure all guests are matched comfortably based on preferences and sleep habits.
