This is a Texas Ski Council trip and is an EPIC destination. Deer Valley is close by and is an IKON destination.

This is a Ground-Only trip, there are no group air seats available for ths trip.

Members will need to make their own arrangements to get to the Salt Lake City airport on Saturday, January 9th by 2:30pm if they want to catch the group bus to Park City.

This trip is ONLY for current members of the Austin Ski Club or those having "reciprocal status" (individuals having a membership with another club associated with the the Texas Ski Council).  Registrations made by anyone else will be cancelled unless the requirements (membership or reciprocity) are met within 24 hours of notification by the Trip Chair. Registration for reciprocal members typically opens 1-week following

Note that due to the trend of more Club members choosing to book their own air, the Club is only booking a limited amount of air seats.  If you do not book the airfare though the Club, you are responsible for being at the airport in time for the Club organized transfer (if selected druing registration).  Alternatively you can organize your own transport to the Club accommodations.

Two payment methods are available: credit card and direct bank ACH payment.

• If a credit card is used, the credit card service fee will be charged to the member's credit card and appears separately on the statement from the trip fee.

• If the direct bank ACH option is chosen, there is no service fee.
  

• Payments will be automatically billed to the same payment method used when signing up for the trip, according to the schedule above. Registrants may change and update their credit card on file or ACH details at any time in their payment settings for WeTravel.

Cancellations:

UP TO OCT 5: $100. This small fee defrays expenses related to trip registration. 

AFTER OCT 5: The Club reserves the right to keep all deposits & payments made according to the payment schedule (including trips paid in full) until it can be determined what costs the Club will incur due to the cancellation. The second deposit date correlates directly to the contracted guaranteed room count.  Once unrecoverable expenses are determined, Austin Skiers will return the portion of the payment that can be recovered, less the $100 cancellation fee to the cancelling member. The Club will do its best to make any refunds as quickly as possible but may not be able to issue such refunds until after the trip is complete.

Park City is an "EPIC Pass" ski resort - The EPIC Pass is typically the best option, if you are planning multiple EPIC destinations this season. if helplful to know, nearby Deer Valley is an IKON Pass ski resort.

The Club partners with Sports America on ski pass sales.

• NOTE: When using the link provided on the Club's website to purchase a pass, members receive discounted pricing and the Club refunds 6.5% of the value of the pass purchased (is applied as a trip credit).

If this is your ONLY EPIC Trip - There are Epic Day Passes available for purchase that are less expensive than the full Epic Pass. Read the options carefully on the linked site!

Group Lift Tickets for 4, 5 & 6 day will be available closer to the trip if you choose not to purchase the EPIC pass. *Note - Typically if a resort offers them, they will be more expensive than the Epic Day pass.

We Travel has a "live" itinerary feature which is available through their app: MyTrips. The most current trip information can be viewed here. Additionally, any flight updates are viewable along with airline notifications during travel.

To set up access to your itinerary, follow these steps >>

• Download the app called, My Trips, available on Google Play & Apple.

• Once the app is downloaded, go to the Ski Trip Registration Page on the Club's website (found HERE).

• Find the Sun Valley ski trip and click on the Itinerary Button (which goes to the itinerary in We Travel).

• At the top of the itinerary in We Travel, click on the the small icon appearing at the top, right-hand side of your screen that looks like a sheet of paper with a downward facing arrow. A QR code should appear next.

• Return back to the My Trips app (still open on your phone). Scan the QR code and confirm your selection by clicking the download arrow.

• The trip information should appear and will be viewable from My Trips going forward. NOTE: Any updates to the itinerary will appear here in real time!  Airline information is also linked to the airline website so updates (any flight changes or delays on travel day, etc., will appear in this app automatically).
