Spanish for ‘you will heal,' Sanará provides the perfect backdrop for rest and relaxation this winter. Join Terri Barnett as she guides you to discover and experience the vast space available in your own mind, and learn to re-channel your energy toward healing, creativity, connection and reflection to move powerfully forward in your life. You'll spend 4 nights and 5 days in this spectacular oasis that features a beachfront yoga studio, state-of-the-art wellness center, and highly acclaimed The Real Coconut Restaurant.
Imagine awakening each day to the soothing sounds of ocean waves. Enjoy delicious healthy meals and feel the sand under your toes each morning at sunrise for a guided silent, reflective beach walk. Experience power vinyasa and restorative yoga classes, guided meditations, aroma therapy and sound therapy healing.
Each day has opportunity for personal time, reading, walks on the beach and spa treatments. All scheduled activities are optional.
The retreat begins on Tuesday, January 28th at 5:00pm with a welcome vinyasa flow yoga class followed by restorative poses + meditation to help you unwind, stretch your muscles, open your mind and set an intention for your retreat experience. The retreat concludes on Saturday morning after a final exhilarating vinyasa yoga class + refections from the experience, followed by nourishing breakfast.

Book early to reserve your spot!
With a limited number of spaces, we expect this retreat to book up fast. Sanará requests that bookings be made by December 1st, as the property cannot guarantee room availability after this date.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable per booking deposit is required to secure your space on this retreat, with the balance due by December 30, 2019 (four weeks prior to the start date). After this date, payment in full is required when registering.
Cancellations prior to 8 weeks will receive a refund of monies paid, less the deposit. Cancellations within 8 weeks of retreat date are non-refundable, with any outstanding balance fully payable. Since last-minute injuries, illnesses, or emergencies, do happen, we highly recommend travel insurance.

- AirfareGuests are responsible for their own airfare to and from Sanará.
- Airport TransportationTransportation to and from the Cancun airport is organized by Sanará through a private car service at an additional rate booked through the hotel.
- DinnerAfter the first night, brunch is included but dinner is not. Guests are invited to dine at Real Coconut Restaurant on-site.
- Optional Group DinnersOptional group dinner will be arranged each night at local trendy restaurants offering fresh Mexican ingredients and traditions. Restaurant list and concierge booking assistance upon arrival.
- BeveragesBeverages not included. Full Service Bar optional.

With beautiful interior living spaces, the Villa features a stunning downstairs master bedroom suite (1 king bed, 1 full bed), a private spacious living and dining room, and a 2 bedroom suite upstairs (1n king bed and additional single day bed in each). The Villa includes an exclusive private back deck area with two waterfalls. There are also spacious front decks with seating and dining spaces. The Villa has 24 hour air conditioning.

The Sanará Jungle Suite is privately positioned on the hotel’s jungle land, just 100 meters from the beach.
