I enjoyed the trip. The choice to spend time inLisbon and Portos was excellent. Nazare was beautiful, but I think a little bit anti-climatic. I think some of the problems with a location is on the free time groups or sub groups get together and try to make arrangements and a lot of time it gets confusing and a little stressful. This is something I don’t care for with regards to this location as a solo traveler The guides and support staff were excellence as was the hotel. More services at the hotel or finding hotels where there are more services would be preferred, but I do enjoy the local character and color that always comes along with the Globe Drifters hotels.

I had a great time in Portugal! This was my second trip with Globe Drifters and, like the first one, this trip ran smoothly. Our tour host, Monica, was a joy to be around. The people, sights, and food in Portugal are amazing! Seafood and Pastel da Nata are abundant there. And the Wine! Inexpensive and delicious. We toured wineries, a creamery and a tile workshop among other places. We had a people in our group from all over the US and we made some new friends along the way. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Portugal.

The Portugal Slowcation was my first Globe Drifters trip. I liked the format, itinerary, accommodations and included meals. The fellow traveler’s were friendly and fun. The sites visited were terrific. I would suggest the two longest day trip days be separated by an off day in the future. Back to back they were incredibly exhausting. I enjoyed free time when it was offered on our daily adventures. Thanks for planning a fabulous trip to beautiful Portugal!

I really enjoyed the trip, food and accommodations. Some of the tour days were very long, would have preferred having a rest day in between these days verses two full free days at the end of the trip. The tour guides were very informative and friendly.
