Join Lauren for a daylong retreat at the beautiful and peaceful Green Gulch Farm Zen Center in Marin. This retreat includes 2 yoga classes, sound healing, dharma talks, a farm to table lunch and some open time to explore the property and surrounding coastal hikes. We will explore the many ways our practice can support us in turning inwards and returning to our own sense of embodied presence.
